呢個高湯海參灌湯餃係我最期待,超級大隻,仲有一舊海參,海參口感好爽彈,隻灌湯餃入面好多料, 有豬肉、蝦仁等,高湯好濃郁,超好味!

3.古法手工馬拉糕$58(10/10)
呢個馬拉糕真係好正,又唔會好甜,熱辣辣超級鬆軟!

4.安格斯牛肉腸粉$68(9.5/10)
蝦腸/牛肉腸/齋腸都食得多,安格斯牛肉腸都係第一次食,腸粉皮好滑好薄,安格斯牛肉唔韌,兩者好鬼夾!

5.乾炒安格斯牛肉河粉$198(9.5/10)
乾炒牛河出面就食得多,但係呢度有乾炒安格斯牛肉河粉,出面乾炒牛河好油,呢度乾炒牛河唔油,而且安格斯牛肉非常嫩滑,安格斯牛肉大約有12塊,仲有有紫洋蔥、蔥、牙菜、芝麻等,呢碟乾炒牛河真係好掂!

位於大角咀嘅 @mokone.hk 環境相當唔錯,除左寬敞嘅大廳仲有唔少獨立房間,非常適合生日慶祝,岩哂一班朋友可以有啲私人空間,同埋佢哋嘅菜式選擇都唔少亦都幾有特式。大推麻婆豆腐煮海花龍蝦,龍蝦肉爽口份量唔少,豆腐配上龍蝦口感更加豐富,麻麻辣辣非常惹味餸飯就岩哂,禪關萬象個名幾有詩意,原來係原個蕃茄釀雜菌,切開蕃茄中間散發濃濃菇香味,口味比清新而且賣相一流,仲有宮廷醬烤骨都炆得腍嫩,醬汁帶點酸甜非常開胃,整體味道都唔錯😋。

平時都會帶媽咪去下唔同既中菜館飲下茶,今次想分享一下位於大角咀遨凱酒店地下嘅一間高級中菜館「莫云」,喺奧運站行過去10分鐘左右,喺遨凱酒店地下入口轉右就到!「莫云」走高檔路線,氣派十足,空間感十足,環境非常舒服。高湯海參灌湯餃首先大推呢個高湯海參灌湯餃,超!大!隻!配上一條海參,成件事已經好高級!灌湯餃脹卜卜,餡料係豬肉、香菇同蝦仁,鮮味十足;海參爽彈,恰到好處,高湯濃郁美味!魚子醬賽螃蟹餃因為賣相colourful 又矜貴而點既點心,蟹肉加上蛋白和魚子醬,用橙色的薄皮襯托,口感有層次,鮮味特出。金箔鮮蝦餃精凝剔透既蝦餃皮上面掃上金箔,極具貴氣,包住大大隻彈牙既鮮蝦,正丫!啤梨咸水角鍾意打卡即朋友必點點心,翠綠色啤梨造型可愛,咬落外脆內煙靭,餡料鹹香味十足。桃膠蛋白杏仁茶 除了點心之外,原甜品亦非常出色!點左媽最喜歡既蛋白杏仁茶!帶著淡淡杏仁香,口感滑順,每一啖都有膠桃同蛋白,感覺好滋!食埋甜品超滿足!下次想同屋企人試埋夜晚menu 個玫瑰油醋汁膏蟹蒸手剁肉餅呀!

首先大推呢個高湯海參灌湯餃,超!大!隻!配上一條海參,成件事已經好高級!灌湯餃脹卜卜,餡料係豬肉、香菇同蝦仁,鮮味十足;海參爽彈,恰到好處,高湯濃郁美味!

魚子醬賽螃蟹餃
因為賣相colourful 又矜貴而點既點心,蟹肉加上蛋白和魚子醬,用橙色的薄皮襯托,口感有層次,鮮味特出。

金箔鮮蝦餃
精凝剔透既蝦餃皮上面掃上金箔,極具貴氣,包住大大隻彈牙既鮮蝦,正丫!

啤梨咸水角
鍾意打卡即朋友必點點心,翠綠色啤梨造型可愛,咬落外脆內煙靭,餡料鹹香味十足。

桃膠蛋白杏仁茶
除了點心之外,原甜品亦非常出色!點左媽最喜歡既蛋白杏仁茶!帶著淡淡杏仁香,口感滑順,每一啖都有膠桃同蛋白,感覺好滋!食埋甜品超滿足!

下次想同屋企人試埋夜晚menu 個玫瑰油醋汁膏蟹蒸手剁肉餅呀!

落到嚟,一開始嚟到呢間餐廳,見到靚靚哋,裝修又唔錯,網上又多正評,就諗住嚟試吓。入座嘅時候大概係11:40 ,門口同我哋講可以食個半鐘,咁我哋都OK。入到嚟落完單11:52,啲食物食香味裏面個色係最好嘅,即係賣相不錯,味道過得去,偏淡,尤其是個生滾魚肚鮮雞粥,唔夠入味。比較好食係鮮蝦石榴球。另外個菊花茶都非常唔錯,除咗菊花仲有杞子等等。點知都未食完,大概12:38 ,即係一個鐘都未夠,就趕住叫我哋埋單。咁我心諗冇所謂啦,買住單先。知道出邊有人等緊。點知埋完單5分鐘,就叫我哋走。本來未食完嘅壽包都被迫打包。臨走嗰陣一句多謝幫襯都冇,連基本禮貌都沒冇。
