自從多年前【添好運】將廣東點心打造成專門店,甚至獲《米芝蓮》加冕、繼而衝出香港;眼見取得成功,香港的廣東點心專門店就越開越多,但質素非常參差。部份以傳統廣東點心作賣點,部份則以特色造型吸引顧客;但大部份點心專門店出品的味道非常一般,同普通連鎖酒樓集團沒有大分別。【龍點心】正是另一間新近加入競爭行列的同類型小店,甚至開了幾間分店;見到門外的「功夫中國龍」吉祥物公仔,已隱隱覺得此店一定走另類偏鋒路線。

室內裝修配合風格,用上紙皮石作為裝修材料,格局又模仿上世紀60年代的懷舊冰室;偏偏配搭顏色鮮艷的裝修材料,甚至加上LED光管 ⋯⋯ 整體感覺古靈精怪。印象中近幾年也有一些小菜館及茶餐廳採用類似室內設計,總覺得有些不倫不類,實在不喜歡這種滲入了中式動畫風味的懷舊香港風情。

龍燒賣($46)一籠有四款口味:懷舊、麻辣牛肉、龍蝦汁墨魚及滷水鵪春蛋。懷舊燒賣算比較正常,但沒有蝦膠,肥豬肉的比例又太高,只吃到爽口口感,缺少了豬肉的鮮味及咬口。其餘三款創新口味燒賣實在不敢恭維。麻辣牛肉古靈精怪,乾蒸牛肉燒賣好食過佢;龍蝦汁墨魚沒有龍蝦汁味,只似普通蒸墨魚丸。滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣最難食,鵪鶉蛋浸煮時間過長,又硬又實、亦沒有滷水味;用上懷舊燒賣的相同餡料,完全唔匹配。如果品嚐過傳統口味的懷舊點心鵪鶉蛋燒賣,高下立判。

龍餃子($50)同樣有四款口味:筍尖蝦餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、酸菜魚鳳眼餃及松露野菌晶瑩餃。筍尖蝦餃味道正常,但只算普通水準,造型也不佳。至於其餘三款餃子,真的不懂得欣賞,餡料太古怪,為創新而創新,失去了廣東點心的蒸餃精粹。

臘腸潤腸蒸雞飯($58)唯一賣點係大件夾抵食,但三款餸菜冇一款好食。臘腸又乾又硬;潤腸就完全沒有玫瑰露香味,口感乾身,唔夠濕潤。蒸雞啖啖肉,明顯係廉價急凍雞扒,醃得差,殘留一陣雪藏臊味,與其他廣東酒家或點心專門店的蒸雞飯所採用的斬件蒸雞有太大落差。

刻意揀了幾款創新口味點心,結果很失望,味道太古靈精怪,完全破壞了傳統廣東點心風味,未能做到推陳出新的原意。至於傳統口味的叉燒包及盅頭蒸雞飯,明顯受制於價錢所限,食材質素一般、調味又不好,同樣唔算好吃。

星期六一起伸想飲早茶諗起上次巴士經過灣仔見到呢間新興酒樓,一於試吓! 😍😍得咗一陣終於入到去叫咗三款嘢食,燒賣都好多款,我地叫咗傳統燒賣,豬肉偏肥多,整體都可以。之後叫咗呢個類似炸蝦卷嘅味道正常一般般仲有呢個鳳爪排骨飯呢個反而有驚喜,鳳爪排骨份量唔錯,鳳爪色澤、肉質都好,飯唔乾身整體來講,餐廳裝潢特別,點心都別具特色,服務尚可,不過星期六日都一定好多人等位,所以下次想試其他點心都係平日去好了☺️
