東南亞菜係我最鍾意既菜系,而越南菜係我數一數二鍾意。最近去左公司附近既連鎖越南餐廳【Le Viet.】食lunch。Lunch time有lunch menu同regular menu叫。我地就叫左兩個lunch set、兩個小食同甜品。Lunch Set(包飲品一杯):越式生牛肉粉:分量超大一碗,湯底濃同鮮,但又唔會好重味精。生牛肉分量都好多,唔會因爲lunch而變少。而且新鮮熱辣!香茅豬頸肉撈檬:豬頸肉分量好多,調味岩岩好,魚露酸味濃、非常開胃!+$8轉特飲 青檸梳打&鹹檸梳打:泰國梳打水加青檸/鹹檸非常清新解渴蔗蝦:味道中規中矩,同埋分量比較少。個人唔係太推薦牛油鷄翼:5隻炸鷄翼再加牛油蒜蓉醬。鷄翼新鮮炸起、裏面肉好juicy!外面牛油蒜蓉醬味道好夠,但又唔會太油。非常推薦!焦糖燉蛋:好重雲尼拿味、好creamy重蛋味。上面焦糖好脆!

朋友話呢間餐廳坐得舒服而且位置好方便,禁不如就試下餐廳位置好方便,the one一上就搵到價位唔貴,可以話呢個質素抵食去個陣唔洗等位,安排左圓台無骨半隻海南雞,份量俾我想去中多仲有醬汁配搭,最鍾意就係呢隻雞唔係好肥,同埋雞肉夠滑,切件嘅嗰個全部都有肉試過有啲其他餐廳好多骨頭就唔好啦!春卷扎肉撈檬粉,春卷嘅配搭都唔錯真係熱辣辣炸過!配上汁,酸甜既滋味非常開胃香茅豬頸肉燒得正好,非常入味又夠份量,微微脆皮,如果飲酒🍻都好夾最後食埋沙爹串燒,有齊雞、牛、豬,配搭特質沙爹醬,更加有風味!

泰越菜從來都是好難分開😹平時食開九龍城嗰間金字頭,今日試下佢太子爺開左越式le viet...一坐低就已經比個裝修吸引左,有設計得黎又唔太浮誇。價錢亦好合理,嚮大商場入面都咁平民價其實好難得。今日試左牛肉沙律,好清新,好開胃。同其他越式沙律唔一樣,呢款不會太濃味雞翼亦是必食之選,其實食食下覺得好飽,有諗過打包,但最後都係忍唔住要清埋,真係食唔停最後再點多個越式火車頭鍋,牛肉好多,絕不hea 場,而且質素好好,好似食緊牛小排咁😋牛味同口感都5星⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️,湯底有蕃茄,香茅,洋蔥,子薑等,酸酸甜甜,越煲越香濃

突然心血來潮lunch想食越南菜 , 所以去咗公司附近嘅Le viet,選擇咗應該唔會有咩問題嘅大蝦菠蘿炒飯,拎到返公司食嘅時候打開有少少驚喜,因為餐廳提供埋半個菠蘿作器皿盛載炒飯,難怪提取時特別重 ,味道上不過不失,調味偏淡,配料及整個炒飯份量都正常 ,但如果菜色以大蝦做主體則有少許失色 , 蝦嘅味道唔算話十分之突出以依個價錢黎講算中規中矩 , 唔算驚艷 ,  如果突然口痕想食下越南菜都可以選擇 不過餐廳位置十分方便 , 位於鄰近地鐵站嘅The one L4 ,中午時份因lunch hours所以都有需要排隊輪候入座

朋友約我去尖沙咀The One 食飯,四樓全層有不同種類的餐廳,朋友就係喜歡食越菜的Le Viet ,佢話餐廳嘅海南雞係最好食,叫我不訪試吓!去骨海南雞半隻,份量十足又新鮮,已經去骨啖啖肉,雞皮爽口,肉質嫩滑,配以酸辣醬汁和甜醬油,更添美味!大蝦菠蘿飯,用半個新鮮菠蘿盛載上枱,三隻大蝦好吸睛,蝦身已去殼方便進食,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,飯加入新鮮菠蘿粒、火腿和粟米粒炒到粒粒分明,上枱再加上肉鬆增加味道,啖啖飯都香噴噴有咖喱香味!蝦餅,又脆又彈牙既蝦餅配泰式雞醬拌食,酸酸辣辣特別惹味。椰汁紅豆冰,紅豆夠林,椰汁味香甜。
