今晚為阿姨補祝生日,諗左一大輪結果都係食返中菜。朗豪坊呢間八月軒好旺場,晚上七點鐘入座,餐廳要求我哋八點半前還枱。兩個人食量唔大,所以只係叫咗兩個餸同一個湯。叉燒同老火湯比較出色,另外嗰味餸就算吧啦。蜜汁叉燒皇($88)叉燒火候拿捏得恰到好處,有少少燶邊,又有玫瑰露香。而且份量幾大,兩個人食有點多。是日老火湯($128)是日老火湯係淮山杞子燉螺頭,湯頭幾濃郁,仲有湯渣食,2個人飲好多,因為足足分左6碗湯,所以適合4人分享。蒜香四角豆蝦仁($108)呢個就一般了。蝦仁好細粒,四角豆賣相怪怪,口感亦一般(介乎豆與菜之間),仲九唔搭八加左粟米一齊炒,感覺唔係幾夾。

我食左旺角八月軒五十次以上,係非常熟既客人,係咁多年間睇到八月軒既水準有升有跌,有時候繁忙時間食物質素令人失望到下次唔想再黎,但係近排隔一段時間冇去,又掛住八月軒,點知就非常好食,五樣點心每樣都新鮮熱辣,同埋有冒煙,我終於發現八月軒要食到美食既秘訣,答案就係要坐係出菜口既檯,近收銀台個度!總結,奶黃包有時候無流汁,但係今次非常美味,所以去過既食客,如果有人因為上次坐近窗口靠近男廁入少少個便而食到凍既食物,請你地唔好失望,因為好多時候只係因為食物有時候送菜姐姐放左係一二邊,一直無人遞上來,太忙遞唔切菜,今日整體對八月軒感觀都好返好多,又有令女侍應姐姐,好開心!點左五樣點心,兩個人食,260蚊價錢ok啦!叫左比較貴既明前龍井,感覺呢個價錢已經算高級同好享受!

上星期在同學推介的八月軒茶聚後,今個星期放學後大家一致同意再到八月軒茶聚。今次我們吃的大部份是懷舊點心.........我人生最貴的一碟車仔豬腸粉,不過勝在夠熱騰騰,但舖面甜醬不是人人喜歡,在下就是不喜歡。香煎臘味蘿蔔糕粉多就唔合我心水。上次吃過回味豬仔腳,感覺很滿意,今次再吃多轉!柚皮蒸素千層味道濃淡得宜,不錯!時菜順德鯪魚球香酥彈牙,是小點$24,抵食。煎釀三寶(青椒、茄子、豆腐)也不過不失!京葱煎烹胡椒包賣相很靚,沒有油膩,感覺很用心煎烹,肉饀好味道,但沒有肉汁是最敗筆!沙爹牛筋坑腩炒河粉是濕河粉,除了夠腍牛筋坑腩,還有我喜歡的牛筋。酒樓表明不添加味精和選用健康米糠油,有健康之選當然受顧客歡迎,我們吃的點心的確比較清淡,顧客當然希望吃得滋味又健康!

上星期我相約了家人一起到八月軒食晚飯,這是在旺角朗豪坊的,地理位置十分方便。這個是灌湯餃,材料有很多,例如帶子、花膠等等...湯底十分鮮甜,餃子肉質鮮美這是脆皮牛坑腩,有外脆內軟的感覺,不過我最喜歡的是那個醬汁,味道酸甜,很開胃。這是豉油雞,份量也是挺多的,味道十分入味,雞肉肉質鮮嫩,雞皮也很滑溜。配飯吃也非常之很好最後叫了個蟹黃翅,蟹肉味道十分鮮甜,不過略嫌覺得湯底比較稀,但是整體也配合得很好。

懷舊甜品芝麻卷$24,帶出大家兒時回憶!


由於我沒有打算寫食評,所以沒有拍攝食品照片分享,
但以下的酥皮龍蝦湯拼鮮竹卷$38,不得不推薦;
我們都每人一份,鮮竹卷的蝦肉爽脆好味,
酥皮龍蝦湯的酥皮吃起來彈跳不少在枱面,
雖然有點兒失儀和狼狽,但不失是很好的享受,
龍蝦湯濃郁味美還有紹菜。

親友來港旅遊,住旺角一帶月租單位。前幾天中午約在朗豪坊八月軒飲茶。假日人多,幸好早訂位及有相熟部長,我們七人去到立即可入座。我們喜歡這裡環境時尚清雅,食物味道好。當天我們要了十多樣點心,一碟肥瘦適中、甘香豐腴的叉燒;一碟鹹魚雞粒炒飯,鹹香惹味,人人爭吃;再加一碟合時的涼瓜牛肉煎米粉,滿滿豆豉香味的醬汁,佐米粉一流。點心方面,較突出的包括皮滑蝦鮮甜的鮮蝦腸粉、棉花雞及辣辣惹味的XO醬煎腸粉。水滾茶靚,埋單七百多元,整體令人滿意。

瑤柱杞子浸菜苗~ 瑤柱既鮮及杞子既甜完全可以蓋過菜苗嗰種臭青味,整道菜很清爽,食左咁多野,消下膩最岩。

甜品先來一個桂花龍鬚蛋散,鬆脆又充滿蛋香既蛋散,跟七彩繽紛的龍鬚糖一起吃,入口即溶既糖絲佈滿蛋散上,感覺十分甜蜜
(警告,這龍鬚糖絲對不愛吃甜的人來說是頗甜的)

最後再來一個桶仔豆腐花,可能沒貨要即撞,等的時間頗久的,但值得!! 好滑好香豆味,唔鐘意食甜既應該都岩,可以自己落少d糖漿/黃糖就OK


食到9點多埋單,冇人催過我地交枱,唔洗趕住走,食得好舒服
但上菜既碟太大隻啦,張枱差d唔夠位放(謎之聲:是你們點得太多了吧=0=”)


最後值得一讚的是這裡的服務,上菜時待應會將餸菜放左遠離BB的位置的上,而且我們多次麻煩待應換熱水比BB“座”熱d奶,待應都樂意幫忙
