To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 58年來第一次寫食評,竟然是寫災難的經驗。出品質量是災難:食品質量偏低,舉個災難級例子-炸鲮魚球。12位點了2碟,上枱的時候基本上是涼的,咬下去中間是生的有特色服務是災難中的災難:冇人加水在香港酒樓實屬正常。叫侍應,5分鐘冇人應。有人答你,然後對方忙碌而忘記也可以理解。回頭看侍應忙於與客戶聊天,交談甚歡,你明白了,你的存在是打擾她們了。看看自己身處的地方,不是別的地方,是八月花!是美心的八月花!是香港美心的八月花!只能怪自己無知,今非昔比難怪香港餐飲業,如此如此。

食物叫了大部份都要二十至二十五分鐘先上枱。當叫侍應跟進時,他出去看一看,跟住攞咗一籠沙嗲牛肚入嚟,但牛肚只得四五嚿,份量很少。所有食物都唔夠熱,擺到凍曬先攞出嚟俾人客,炸雲吞凍哂又唔脆,煎釀三寶啲汁king曬。剛巧父親節做雙皮奶特色食物,又話座熱佢俾人客,等人客叫起,但上台都係凍曬,真的十分令人失望。唯一可取是叉燒飯。

朗豪坊八月花🤬香港餐廳推動大家北上消費,因為呢間餐廳簡直係難食嘅表表者曾幾何時,係一間高級酒樓,因為成為大集團旗下所以變差??? 已不用寫食過甚麼了,因為太太太難食,不想拍照不想記得來過😤鯪魚球係凍嘅,似足隔夜。鮑汁鳳爪,醬汁好深色,但完全冇味嘅。炸兩,同吸水海綿一樣。諗住蒸包都正正常常啦,黐牙㗎,啲料仲要好少。本身想叫個蒸飯,冇信心再加單了。另外,完全無服務,由開茶到加水,樓面圍埋傾計都乍看不見,都多次努力招手及重複開大聲要求才受理😡,而家大集團管理有那麼差嗎?絕對無下次🤬🤬🤬🤬

約咗屋企人星期日飲早午茶 (11am),一早已經打去訂位,我哋 7 個人,全部都係大人。我哋冇遲到,仲早少少去攞位,酒樓竟然安排我哋坐 6 人枱,我哋話點坐呀,佢哋竟然話其他枱有人訂咗,我話我哋都有訂㗎,最後先勉強換張 8 人枱 (酒樓話可以坐到 10 人 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️)。 位置好迫,因為係角落位置,坐得較辛苦,都算啦!點嘢食,蒸點完全冇問題 👌🏻,但其他就。。。。。蘿蔔糕,唔熱,勉強叫做暖蛋撻,凍嘅,係凍,冇暖嘅感覺 🙈🙈🙈最後老公叫咗個咖喱薄餅,點之前都問過嗰侍應係咪熱食,仲要 11:30 後先可以叫嘅,一到 11:30 就即刻落 order,等咗 40 分鐘先有得食,心諗等咗 40 分鐘,碟嘢應該熱啩,點知老公攞上手都覺得奇怪,凍嘅,咖喱汁都係凍嘅,有冇搞錯,最後搵個侍應話取消,真係離晒大譜 😤😤😤P.S. 我想食呢間嘅原因,係因為佢有我想食嘅「糯米飽」,但今次經歷真係好差,冇下次

上兩個星期日,一家三口去咗八月花食晚餐。阿仔一早就欽點想食阿拉斯加長腳蟹,所以已經一早預訂咗,可以加多100蚊做套餐要多個蟹汁伊麵,然後再叫多個欖菜菇皇四季豆。呢餐嘅主角就係隻蟹,攞去整之前待應會攞畀你睇,都好大隻。前菜有木耳花生,小小微辣,非常醒胃。隻蟹蒸好擺上枱已經食指大動。剪開d蟹腳,真係啖啖肉,肉質鮮嫩,有天然海水味,蟹膏比起其他蟹類嚟講稀身,都好食,蒸煮嘅時間控制得好好,阿仔食到舐舐脷!未食完已經問下次幾時再食!!😂😂 而伊麵嘅味道就較為清淡,如果濃返少少就更加好。至於四季豆,軟硬度適中,加埋欖菜同菇,配伊麵一流。侍應服務態度好有禮貌,三樣食物連氣水,張單連埋加一,$1500左右!
