To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期我相約了家人一起到八月軒食晚飯,這是在旺角朗豪坊的,地理位置十分方便。這個是灌湯餃,材料有很多,例如帶子、花膠等等...湯底十分鮮甜,餃子肉質鮮美這是脆皮牛坑腩,有外脆內軟的感覺,不過我最喜歡的是那個醬汁,味道酸甜,很開胃。這是豉油雞,份量也是挺多的,味道十分入味,雞肉肉質鮮嫩,雞皮也很滑溜。配飯吃也非常之很好最後叫了個蟹黃翅,蟹肉味道十分鮮甜,不過略嫌覺得湯底比較稀,但是整體也配合得很好。
