返工lunch過嚟食 叫左雞肉轉肉配薯條無諗過咁好味 $70雖然唔平但係灣仔質素唔錯Happy Friday 仲叫左買1送1啤啤佢我哋仲加左個餅點汁 不過就唔及印度薄餅配咖哩

食過好幾間Kebab，呢間嘅肉係最多，簡直係包住海量嘅雞肉，但調味亦係最淡的。外賣一半都係以錫紙包住，但呢間嘅雞肉量多到一塊pita bread都包唔哂。一打開即刻爆開🤣Pita bread非常薄非常淋，咬完都唔知自己咬左...如果係追求食wrap嘅質感，呢個絕對係會失望。外皮被雞肉整到濕濕地，有d軟爛，如果醬汁再多d，我諗塊皮會穿哂。本身雞肉doner係有調味，但非常淡，留有好大空間比客人自己落醬汁。

這家店是看到有人分享，沒想到竟然這麼好吃，而且份量超級足，土耳其式雞肉披薩竟然也很好吃，還有烤雞肉沙律，烤的幹香好吃！不過雞肉卡巴我覺得不如那家連鎖，醬汁沒那麼足！然後薯條很大一份！看到有食客推薦鹹乳酪，可能還是甜的乳酪更適合我口味！

因為食嚟食去都係嗰啲見到呢間土耳其菜, 款式新穎決定入呢間小店一試🍽老闆娘應該係土耳其人, 要講英文, 好nice小店不算大, 裝飾類似港式嘅茶餐廳定呢啲都係local土耳其餐廳裝飾?!🤣兩者差不多~MENU~餐牌很用心, 有中文翻譯, 加分☕️beverage🥛左: 鹹嘅土耳其乳酪呢杯幾有驚喜, 意外地覺得鹹味同乳酪係幾matchy, 甚至好味過甜味右: Apple tea, 似飛機上蘋果汁, 好甜全部都係自家製🍃薄荷醬- 個人不太喜歡食薄荷, 所以麻麻🧄蒜蓉醬- 好夠蒜味, 食咗幾多🌶辣椒醬- 睇過顏色以為唔係好辣, 但🥵beef doner with chips份量夠大份, 肉上面一點一點嗰啲應該係胡椒粒牛肉點蒜蓉醬, 不得了Lahmacun Pizza欣賞佢嘅個Pizza底夠薄, 但上面嗰啲調味我覺得有啲鹹, 食不了太重口味, 但酸酸meimei味好易入口同讚賞佢所有嘢都配一個沙律🥗俾我淨係食肉嘅心理平衡返啲

We have been coming here for years and really like the food and and atmosphere. In my opinion it's one of the best Turkish food places in Hong Kong! We really like their Kebab and rice plates. And for those who like it, their Ayran drink is really good and refreshing as well!

今日朋友話好想食土耳其甜品BAKLAVA ，於是我哋就揀咗灣仔灣仔道保和大廈嘅「Istanbul Turkish Kebabs and Grills」餐廳食午餐。入到店，叫咗主菜後，另加今日嘅主角BAKLAVA 。「土耳其特色轉燒牛肉沙律 Salad with Istanbul doner」簿薄牛肉片鋪滿整碟沙律菜，配上自家製新鮮薄荷醬，令人感覺健康。惹味的烤肉片有濃郁而獨特嘅香料味，肉片乾爽，一點油膩感都無。另外，自家製新鮮薄荷醬，令整碟菜式的味道昇華。薄荷味令人感覺清新怡人。「BAKLAVA 」金黃色嘅酥皮夾着翠綠色嘅開心果碎粒，外表精美。酥皮入口鬆化，配搭開心果碎粒更有層次感。該店為適應本地需求，甜品味道本地化減少甜度。將混合在開心果碎粒嘅蜜糖份量調節，把甜度大大降低，令該甜品老少咸宜。

講起食土耳其旋轉烤肉，我就會諗起一大碟熱辣辣嘅肉同埋好多好多濃味嘅醬汁，每次食之前都肯定要留定個空肚去食！今次推介呢間都唔例外，午餐食完呢餐之後，晚餐我都食唔落地點：係正灣仔道呢個該區嘅核心地段，商店住宅林立嘅地區，絕對係打工仔搵食嘅好地方！個人建議坐巴士同埋叮叮會方便啲，地鐵嘅話就要行大約十分鐘環境：餐廳屬於小店家族形式，地方唔算太多。可能係真土耳其人經營嘅關係，入面裝修係好有地道色彩，色彩繽紛，牆掛上左好多土耳其風光嘅畫同埋彩碟裝飾，好有一種溫和嘅感覺唯一不足就係電視聲比較大，而且播廣東話頻道食物質素：旋轉雞飯（$69）土耳其餐除左烤肉出名之後，就係佢嘅份量！如果你係細食之人，我建議大家記得帶定個飯盒分兩餐食！先肯份量，雞肉已經佔左成隻碟嘅一半飯嘅份量係一整大碗，仲要裝到實一實果隻...老闆應該真係好擔心入黎嘅一食唔飽除左飯之後，仲可以揀薯條，目測隔離枱嘅薯條份量直頭多到跌晒出黎真係唔睇得少食物質素方面，雞肉經過多小時嘅燒烤，整成外皮燒焦嘅感覺，由於熱度控制恰到好處嘅關係，外脆內嫩，肉汁成功鎖係雞肉入面，juicy!除左烤肉之外，醬汁係土耳其菜嘅另一重要嘅環節！每枱都會放左三支自家

This is a smallish Turkish restaurant in the Wan Chai district which i stumbled upon. There aren’t many tables so i had to share a table with 2 strangers. The service was great as well and we found the owner to be very welcoming and friendly. We had Turkish pizza, Kebab and a burger, all of which was great. I ordered a lamb kebab dish smothered with cheese and the famous Turkish dessert Kunafeh. I was simply blown away by the taste, quality and freshness of the food. Excellent value for money an

I love this place and have been here twice. Although the food is a tad bit pricey (around $80-100 per dish), the taste is very very good and the portion is generous. Both times I got the roast chicken with rice. I also tried raki (a traditional Turkish alcohol) which is strong but goes down easily because it’s tasty and surprisingly not harsh despite having 40-50% ABV! The lady who works there is also super nice and welcoming I love the hospitality here.

試過唔同既土耳其菜，呢間餐廳真係食過番尋味。轉轉牛肉飯既牛肉夠味又Juicy，佢地既香草滷水烤牛肉醬汁都十分惹味。另外佢哋自家嘅醬汁真係非常之好食，特別推薦白色蒜蓉醬

Decided to grab some Turkish food for lunch after a chilly morning after Xmas and this was one the of nearest one. A rather nice restaurant without queuing, ordered a double meze platter, Pide Bread, Lahmacun and Sutlac Rice Pudding! The heated Lavas bread and Pide bread was perfect in this chilly weather and they made my day! The shopkeeper was friendly, suggesting us the best way to enjoy the Lahmacun by rolling it with salad and different sauces! Ordered a hot apple tea which was also nice
