寶勒巷都算係香港嘅印度菜集中地!呢間餐廳行bar&restaurant路線,特別啱飲嘢傾偈。✨果仁咖喱雜菜$98👩🏻早排病完個胃麻麻地,第一時間就係想食korma,即係印度果仁咖喱。味道溫和,質地幼滑,完全冇油膩感。配料除咗有蔬菜、腰果,竟然仲有印度芝士paneer!✨印式香料燴羊肉$128呢款味道濃好多,有陣陣蕃茄嘅酸味好開胃。羊肉偏瘦但軟腍易咬。✨尼泊爾蒸餃子$80隻隻飽滿多汁,雞肉內餡味道鮮甜。辣醬冇一般尼泊爾餐廳咁辣。✨烤餅$20✨蒜香烤餅$28冇平時食開嘅咁鬆軟,反而有啲香口,尤其係garlic naan。✨Mango lassi$35幼滑而且好重芒果味,甜度算中等啦。 continue reading

明天假期,老公話帶我去間隱世印度餐廳食晚飯,環境唔錯架。餐廳環境高貴,西式裝修,感覺有情調、寧靜同舒服。真係估唔到咁熱鬧嘅尖沙咀,會有間咁有格調嘅印度餐廳。餐牌食物種類都幾多,價錢合理。老公發辦,點左一份沙律、印度燒烤、咖哩蝦及魚、薄餅及飯,仲有兩杯飲品。薄脆餅:餐前小食,薄脆餅好脆,可配上旁邊薄荷醬、甜酸醬或洋蔥一齊食。蕃茄湯:同平時飲開嘅完全唔同,口感較為濃厚,帶甜味,老公話又幾好飲喎。雜菜沙律:有青瓜、蕃茄、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥同生菜,配料新鮮爽口,上面灑左黑椒粒,另外加左olive oil,唧少少檸檬汁食就夠晒清新。香燒春雞:用鐵板上,一邊食一邊keep住熱。春雞燒得幾靚,份量正常,雞肉嫩滑,咬落juicy味,香口,好好食。特色大蝦:係新鮮蝦喎,口感厚實。配料好豐富,有三色椒、蕃茄同洋蔥,食到有牛油味,帶少少辣,幾惹味。椰汁咖哩魚件:印度魚件大塊,結實有口感。咖哩汁好好味,食到有椰香味道,我就幾鐘意呢個。蒜蓉薄餅:必食之選,即叫即做,有4塊大大塊,點埋咖哩汁仲好食。香料炒飯:仲有咖哩汁剩,所以叫左個細份量嘅炒飯。炒飯加左香料同牛油一齊炒,出奇地好味,加埋咖哩汁食就最夾。飲品:老公心情好,叫左支藍妹啤酒。我就叫左杯芒果味lassi乳酸,味道酸酸甜甜,凍冰冰,口感好rich似奶昔,幾好飲。 continue reading
