I stumbled upon this Cantonese Chinese restaurant as the restaurant is hidden within the entertainment building on the second floor. There are no signs.The Chinese sweet sausage with chicken over rice was delicious and the service was extraordinary.My only real complaint is that they impose a mandatory $40 tea charge for every table. I was only told this AFTER being seated. I find this to be quite annoying since I was only ONE customer and that meant my entire bill came out to be more than I expected . The Tea charge is too high as a percentage of the dish that I ordered. And when you add in the service charge, it ended up being quite expensive for just a small meal for one person.Would I come again? I dont think it is good value. For the same price, you can go to a very nice hotel Chinese restaurant.They should remove the mandatory $40 tea charge for single diners.

環境十分舒適，空間感十足不會局促，就餐的體驗非常好。侍應的服務也非常好。茶葉的選擇有不少，水滾茶靚。除其基本茶葉每位$40外，有不少其他特選茶，由$60至$120一位不等。這樣的收費，茶好是基本要求！點心出品就乏善足陳。蟹盒除沒有蟹味外，炸得有點過，應叫蝦盒。燒賣也不太合格，灌湯小籠包真的不行，肉不鮮湯汁又沒幾滴，和我認知的小籠包有差距。蘿蔔絲酥餅和野菌水晶餃是今餐最佳。餐具很賞心悅目，用了雅致的藍色，另外公筷如能每人一雙就更好了。

一家四口週末中環午餐。 想著中環娛樂行地段餐廳食物質素應該不會差。 價錢也貼近高級餐廳或酒店價。 但意想不到的事所有食物質素極其惡劣。 xo醬腸粉上枱混亂而且烹調時間過長。 肉骨茶油炸鬼隔夜非常硬。 梅菜炆豬肉豬肉不新鮮有臭味。 燒賣不夠熱。 埋單時職員問我意見我們現場表達了給她但也沒有反應。 希望餐廳能夠改善否則中環如此地段。對外遊來港嘅遊客似乎不好。

適逢中秋佳節而且明天要離港2星期，旅途中必定懷念香港美食，於是決定出發前選一間較好的中式餐館飲茶。網上圖片中的福和雍非常有氣派，明亮雅緻，而事實與相片略有不同，食店面積雖大，但位置卻處於樓層的出入口，因此不相關的人士可任意出入餐館。這裏下午茶也稱 tasting menu，選了 tasting menu A, $268 （位），二人同行 $468，內容是豐富的，絕對可以填滿肚子。茗茶有四款可以選擇，也可以升級選一些更精品的茶類，而選鳳凰單欉因為烏龍茶也是常飲的茶品。蝦多士即炸而成，蝦膠也塗得滿滿的，而且沾滿芝麻，的確配得上驚喜之名，十分香脆可口。蒸點 - 三款蒸點的水準都是合格的，但底味非常相似，大概是味精放得過於重手，令幾款點心的味道變得相同。炸物及焗批 - 相對而言，炸物比蒸點出色，芝士蟹肉批除外，蟹肉很少也嚐不出蟹的味道，餡料全是白汁麪糊。包點 - 叉燒包不是我的一杯茶，但這𥚃出品倒是不錯，叉燒醬不過份多和甜，合格有餘。甜點 - 三款甜點中，比較喜歡桂花糕及芝麻糕，糕點各自的芝麻和桂花香味不錯，甜度也適中。

成日返工經過 今日4 條友 試試😂😂 結果大家覺得媲美 兩餸飯 特別那些飯豉油又不夠味 。 今日點了鹹水角 、明蝦角 炸嘢算合格🤣是算合格！ 酥皮焗叉燒包 係我覺得最好食👍🏻 蝦餃皮厚了 燒賣就⋯⋯已經評論不到。XO醬炒腸粉 太濕馬拉糕也是不會評 （ P.S 不評代表冇特別）或者可能出品茶？ 叫咗個普洱$80每位 注意啊是－壺茶四個人飲，不是每人－盎位。堆單不到1300 好低呀話晒喺中環 哈哈 食物味道呢啲嘢 好難說 本人就覺得如果每位3xx 又不是食裝修 。
