The cha-siu rice was definitely outstanding and memorable. Having a shiny and roasted surface, the cha-siu was nicely cooked with a crispy texture and slightly sweet flavour. The pig oil and buttery fois gras complemented the rice subtly, while the seaweed and red onions neutralised the greasiness of the meat.

The Australian wagyu looked appetising thanks to its pinky and light colour. Its muscle was finely interspersed, and the wagyu kinda melted in your mouth. Liked how the black garlic gravy enhanced the savoury of the flat rice noodles.

點知原來水準一樣保持到

佢質地好似有少少似布甸咁樣
但係有好濃郁嘅粟米味

以為好似普通焦糖咖啡咁
但完全唔係,真係會飲到個層次
飲得出有焦糖、椰奶、咖啡味😚😚😚
