@中環日本長期預約困難店挽肉と米終於登陸香港啦🤩之前有幸食過東京吉祥寺店, 今次味道感覺同日本店相若, 但就附送多一個無敵靚海景👍一般客人都會選擇挽肉と米套餐, 包括三件和牛漢堡扒, 日本產米(白飯任裝) 同埋一碗麵豉湯; 日本產米時有更換, 今日就食到長野縣產嘅越光米🍚餐廳採開放式格局,一共有24個座位; 廚師會喺你面前搓揉漢堡扒, 然後喺大烤爐上面燒至於食法,佢哋建議三件漢堡扒分開三個食法,第一: 先原味去嘗試, 和牛肉汁咬開即四溢, 味道濃郁,另外可再配以唔同嘅醬汁去品嘗到第二件,佢哋會奉上柚子醋同蘿蔔泥, 口感比較輕盈; 柚子醋嘅酸味帶出唔同層次, 非常開胃最後客人可以自己去取一隻生雞蛋,放上去漢堡扒上, 就變咗一碗窩蛋牛肉飯😂三種食法各有不同, 客人可隨自己喜好加以調味; 而$138嘅價錢就可食到仲奉上維港景餸飯, 真係十分超值(排隊時間另計)😂據聞暫時都只係可以親身去排隊取票, 之後應該會有網上預約; 同埋感覺應該好快會開分店,所以之後應該唔使咁辛苦去排隊 continue reading

我覺得呢間舖頭嘅排隊邏輯好奇怪。朝早walk in 要四點鐘先至可以去,我覺得冇咩問題 。之後4點鐘嗰陣話要畀預約咗4點嘅人入先,呢點都冇乜大問題。問題係等到4點15嗰陣就話要畀4點15預訂咗入先 4點30嗰陣就話4點30預約咗嘅人入先。根據呢個邏輯 walk in嘅永遠唔使去😇如果佢朝早同我講今日冇得walk in 又或者佢可以同我講遲啲先至去都冇咁火。。。 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 continue reading

呢一間係燒牛扒係日本最出名嘅「挽肉と米」多汁鮮嫩、 100%純和牛絞肉、炭火燒烤既超人氣漢堡排! 開店幾日已經大排長龍,我企喺國金兩個鐘頭拎咗飛,仲喺coffee shop等多一個鐘頭,喺中午12點先至有得食,不過環境同埋食物嘅質素都已經俾咗回報我, 甜米飯再配上蛋黃,再配上新鮮嘅牛肉,真係好好食,牛肉充滿咗炭燒嘅味道,加少少日本醬油,更加可以提升到味道,米飯嘅黏合度都好好,係一間好有質素嘅餐廳,不過排隊等好耐㗎。 continue reading

上年8月去過日本預約唔到,一直都心心念念,今次終於有香港開一號店!梗係要嚟朝聖一下。11點正式開門,未夠十點已經嚟排定隊,好多人都同我一樣咁誠心早啲嚟。好彩職員嚴格執行一人一票,每票最多兩人嘅規定,唔係都未必輪到我食第一輪。等到快11點就派籌,入門口個刻都有啲興奮。先係門口位點餐機落單,基本一款HK138套餐唔駛揀,每份已包三塊漢堡,麵豉湯同無限白飯。其實位於中環黃金地段,HKD138真係算良心價。另外再加咗薯仔沙津同生薑梳打。全部座位都係高檯設計,可以欣賞靚仔店員係面前燒烤,同時都可以睇到師傅現場準備漢堡。座位抽屜有介紹三塊漢堡嘅建議食法。第一塊原汁原味,無添加已經肉味濃厚,咬一口肉汁滿瀉。白飯無限添加,侍應會主動幫你添飯,但記得要留意唔好食過量呀😂。第二塊建議食法係蘿蔔泥同柚子醋,口味清新,另有一番風味。第三塊就可以加生蛋同埋豆拌醬油,技術有限影唔到蛋係漢堡上面😂每一塊都會放係面前嘅鐵網上,有翻牌提示食到第幾塊,最後仲有個Thank you 字樣,呢啲細緻位正正反映餐廳嘅小心思。飯碗小小嘅設計,正好令人每次食一塊漢堡仲有新鮮熱辣嘅白飯伴隨,真係諗得周到,我嘅紀碌係三碗飯。雖然一開始排咗超過一個鐘,但食物質素加埋殷勤服務,難得係IFC開店,美食加美景,係香港獨有,絕對物超所值。正如黃老闆講嘅Affordable Luxury,強烈推介! continue reading
