放工後約好友到尖沙咀吃飯聊天,兩個女人仔吃得不多,眼闊肚窄,吃串燒最好!每樣都可以淺嘗,又不怕吃得太飽。喜膳燒店面不算大,但座位頗舒適,雖然是串燒店,不過沒有我討厭的油煙味(我的頭髮很吸味),看來抽油煙設備做得很妥當!食物種類繁多,有燒特色海鮮、肉類、丸腸類、蔬菜瓜果、特別推介等等,我們點了一份燒馬來西亞大蜆、燒牛肩肉、燒山賊雞翼、燒芝心蘑菇雞翼、燒蒜蓉茄子、燒娃娃菜和燒薄餅(其實都點得蠻多😂😂😂)馬來西亞大蜆用上新鮮活生生大蜆,鮮甜多汁,肉質爽嫩,蘸少許秘製酸辣醬汁更好吃。焗芝士薄餅除了芝士外,還有青辣椒,香辣惹味,薄餅皮烤得香脆。燒蒜蓉茄子超多蒜蓉,茄子燒得軟腍,吸盡蒜香味。牛肩肉肥美肉質鬆化,山賊雞翼撒上孜然粉,皮燒得香脆,很惹味。吃菜感覺健康一點😂😂😂

好少只食串燒咁單一類別食物做晚餐,印象中是前幾年喺日本大阪的街頭,見到一家有風味的串燒店,雖然已食過晚餐已飽,但仍忍唔住入去食,此事發生有一段日子,但仍回味至今。今晚在尖沙咀途經此店,見到門口放置嘅餐牌,有不同串燒類別,今我勾起那些年食串燒回憶,所以便不猶疑入了去。串燒店門面有部「一番拃」啤酒機,見到就想飲。雞肉$24串雞肉配沙爹醬夠惹味。玉桂焦糖金菠蘿$32菠蘿面燒得微焦,咬得夠多汁,好吃。焗田螺$39夠香,尤其薯蓉林得嚟又綿。黑松露金菇$52包錫紙包住金菇,打開飄來淡淡黑松露,食落幾清新,金菇爽口要啃啃下,金菇的汁在錫紙中冇流失,令金菇唔會乾身。從食串燒裡想回那時日本大阪旅遊的情景,好回味好enjoy。
