Other Info. : 鐵板燒位置係另一空間,是日只有幾枱客,同房有枱客人成晚不斷高談闊論,旁若無人大聲講大聲笑(其中一刻夠晒經曲,男客人竟然大大聲對住好遙遠個STAFF大嗌:炒個菜黎AR! 我@*%$&!我以為自己去左大排檔),連廚師面對面同我介紹每道菜,我都聽得好困難,餐廳方面雖然有向果枱客人反映,明白在場STAFF既無奈(客人永遠是對的?),但反映完毫無作用,然後成晚就容許佢地繼續BILIBALA,佢地既行為嚴重影響在場客人用餐,希望餐廳方將來面對無禮貌客人時,唔好再持咁既態度.,全晚我同友人只能你眼望我眼,食龍肉都無味既感覺...不會再光顧.

約咗同學一齊你試呢一間嘅日本料理,聽聞佢哋嘅芝士安列炒麵非常一流,熱辣辣嘅芝士慢慢溶化在炒麵入邊,撈埋一齊食真的是齒頰留香,欲罷不能,果在外面的蛋皮又有蛋香,裏面又有芝士濃郁嘅味道,我一口氣食咗成四口咁多,先放下飲杯嘢,真心好味!

唔好睇佢平平無奇,原來呢隻魚一啲都唔簡單,並且一啲都唔常見,全因為佢既魚鱗同魚肉係可以一齊食架!真係好正,大家睇吓呢張相,鐵板燒嘅情況下有咁嘅效果,外層極香脆,入面就勁鮮嫩Juicy,仲要完全唔使擔心啃骨!呢個真係不得了!

再黎就重有呢個主角 : 慢煮鐵板波爾多醬汁黑毛豬配松杍仁,成個感覺同埋相都好有日本正宗鐵板燒嘅感覺,主廚Mark哥因為想我哋試到兩種唔同嘅口感同質感,所以將同一件黑毛豬肉,一部份切粒,一部份切片,果然真係有兩種唔同嘅口感

今日約咗朋友去食荃灣高質嘅日式磯燒 不過原來最近推出鐵板燒系列 於是就去試下原來鐵板燒另外有間包廂 大約有二至三十個坐位 其中十零個就係鐵板燒吧檯位置 可以邊睇住師傅整嘢食 一邊食美味嘅鐵板燒 非常賞心悅目板燒海鰻 師傅首先張海鰻煎皮拆骨 仲好細心咁用鉗仔去骨 冒求可以啖啖肉大人細路都啱食 而且海鰻皮重整到脆卜卜 鰻魚肉食落充滿油脂之餘 一啲都唔漏 完全突顯到鰻魚鮮甜嘅優點牛柳 平時我都好少叫 因為覺得佢太瘦 但呢個牛柳瘦得黎肉味好香濃 而且肉質軟淋食五成熟就剛剛好 再加埋師傅新鮮炸起嘅蒜片 日式牛柳完勝美式

食物夠新鮮,雖然有小貴,但環境同水準唔錯。燒物落完order會拎入來俾你望一望再話你知響出面幫你燒好入來。份量精緻,擺盤講究。適合三五知己來食。我地今次11大2小,俾咗一間房我地坐,所以好闊落,亦唔驚嘈到其他人,因為始終有小朋友😆。初入座因為比較肚餓,上刺身先,唔係好夠分😂之後到燒物同炒飯炒麪,都食得好飽。野飲選擇少,主要系蘇打同啤酒。有唔同味道既麒麟啤。試咗原味,桃味,綠茶味。綠茶味稍苦。埋單6200幾。人均560左右。

今日同爸爸慶祝生日 去咗位於荃灣嘅呢家福丸水產 開咗唔係幾耐 網上一致好評 主要係食磯燒 好似日式居酒屋 最近有新搞作 係香港少有嘅鐵板燒系列入到去枱櫈非常闊落 用上好多日式嘅裝飾品 感覺上同日本既餐廳幾乎一樣 當日七點鐘左右嚟到 幾乎係包場 廚師可以專心地招呼我們 不過星期六日應該要預先book位清湯帶子 清湯預先用咗鰹魚去煮 好重魚香 又有淡淡煙薰味 搭配上超級巨型帶子 口感彈牙 生熟度啱啱好 加上少少柚子皮 令到成個湯更加清香白甘鯛用上罕有金鱗燒既做法 可能大家都對呢個做法比較陌生 因為香港真係好少見 魚肉連皮連魚鱗去煎炸 然後魚鱗就會變得脆卜卜 食落口感非常有層次 而且都係用番魚扒原本有嘅食材 魚肉食落嫩滑多汁火侯控制得剛剛好 再配上好足料嘅海膽去做個醬汁 甘香無比 來自馬來西亞既巨型竹蝦 未煮嘅時候足足有我一隻前臂咁長 勁誇張 師傅用蝦頭膏去做咗個醬汁 蝦肉都好巨型啖啖肉 而且非常鮮甜彈牙 最後上面加上矜貴 嘅黑魚子 鮮甜鹹香得黎不失氣派

白甘鯛用上罕有金鱗燒既做法 可能大家都對呢個做法比較陌生 因為香港真係好少見 魚肉連皮連魚鱗去煎炸 然後魚鱗就會變得脆卜卜 食落口感非常有層次 而且都係用番魚扒原本有嘅食材 魚肉食落嫩滑多汁火侯控制得剛剛好 再配上好足料嘅海膽去做個醬汁 甘香無比

來自馬來西亞既巨型竹蝦 未煮嘅時候足足有我一隻前臂咁長 勁誇張 師傅用蝦頭膏去做咗個醬汁 蝦肉都好巨型啖啖肉 而且非常鮮甜彈牙 最後上面加上矜貴 嘅黑魚子 鮮甜鹹香得黎不失氣派
