有一半的員工都好似欠債咁呼喝客人,例如一叫坐低問佢坐唔坐得嗰張枱,佢就話叫你坐邊就坐邊啦,嗰個所謂部長不斷咁鬧食客,直至我兇惡一點,佢先收斂一點點走開佐,另外嗰個阿姐同我講叫我算啦,佢係高級啲阿頭、但我要食嘢再俾佢鬧嗎!不知所謂,低點心的時候全部嘢打寫晒啲汁,知客部長大部份店員都不知所謂,就算點心質素唔差,如果大家想受氣即管去!香港大把好味的食店啦!

家人從外地回來,上網見到呢間食評幾好,仲要新開,一心諗住試吓。一行十人,有老有嫩,一坐低屋企人已經講冷氣好大,坐低覺得唔對勁,問門口接待女子可唔可以較細少少冷氣,應承咗之後仲依然冇改變,後來屋企人再搵另外一個金色頭髮嘅女士影,嗰位女侍應應承咗之後冇耐就行過嚟話,已經閂左,如果再唔得就無辦法,但係我哋仲感覺到陣陣強風,當時嗰位女子就話閂咗都要慢慢先至會冇風,坐到二十分鐘左右都冇改善,後來仲感覺凍咗,小朋友同老人家都頂唔順,屋企人終於走去門口再問另外一個侍應到底可唔可以熄咗部冷氣,因為真係太凍,冇耐係真係冇晒風,點解之前金色頭髮個位女子同我哋講已經熄咗,但係啲風仲蓬蓬聲?????仲要答我哋冇辦法?冇理由為咗飲餐茶,大家都病咗掛?要開咁大冷氣嚟趕客?

今日大家姐約飲茶,我當然要準時去到,原來The One 樓上開了一間新酒樓,樓底高而且空間感十足,最正是可以望住維多尼亞港,落地玻璃窗視野非常廣闊。酒樓而家都與時並進,開茶同時店員會詢問客人想用點心紙定Qr code 落單,方便又環保。茶款除咗傳統款式外還有蜜桃鳥龍/人參烏龍等,人參烏龍清新甘香,飲落順喉。筍尖鮮蝦餃蝦餃是傳統一口size ,外皮晶瑩通透,蝦肉爽口鮮甜,味道鮮美。魚肚四寶雞扎內裏用料豐富,腐皮包住魚肚、雞肉、芋頭、冬菇等,腐皮充滿豆香,而魚肚吸收了雞肉、冬菇香氣,軟綿可口,芋頭粉嫩,入口即化。魚肚灌湯餃包着鮮蝦豬肉的湯餃浸在鮮甜的湯汁中,魚肚吸收了滿滿的湯汁精華,而湯餃鮮甜美味,還有淡淡芫茜清香,足料又美味。芝士蘿蔔絲酥餅顏色金黃,香氣十足,未放入口已經令人食指大動!咬一口 ,軟軟的,絲絲縷縷的蘿蔔絲分明可見,最特別加了芝士,令整體多了一份芝士香氣,估唔到又相當之夾。韭王鮮蝦腸腸粉嫩滑可口,鮮蝦大大隻,食落鮮味爽彈,加上韭王香氣,超正。金沙墨魚仔(小食)金沙醬咸香惹味,墨魚仔外層充滿咸蛋牛油香氣,極度邪惡的小食,但永遠都令人食唔停口。羽衣甘藍素餃Super food 之
