凱薈Eternity開業不久對一眾準新郎及新娘而言固然多一個新選擇,位於The ONE十七樓並坐擁270度維港景緻,最多更可以筵開二十六席。裝潢華麗典雅並非一般中式酒樓可以媲美,不論早午市飲茶吃點心抑或是一嘗晚市小茶都稱心如意。砵酒桶蠔煲 ($198)煲仔桶蠔上桌時仍嗞嗞作響火候十足,蠔肉經走油略炸故外層焦香,每隻均肥美飽滿且鮮甜多汁毫不帶腥。拔絲鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉 ($168)有別於坊間大部分酒樓一樣用上罐頭菠蘿,取而代之改為新鮮菠蘿,並與咕嚕肉分開擺放相當貼心。咕嚕肉炸衣輕薄鬆脆,肉質軟嫩彈牙並富肉味,糖醋汁酸甜平衡更濃稠得足以拉絲。金獎宮爆蝦球 ($198)蝦球油炸過後再裹上醬汁稍微變韌但肉質爽滑,醬汁甜蜜當中帶微微辛辣,除此之外還伴上百花釀皮蛋及酸薑,以薄薄一層蝦膠裹住皮蛋炸成,物盡其用沾上醬汁同樣匹配。芥末脆皮德國豬手 ($138)豬皮烤得有如零食炸豬皮一樣酥脆,蘸上芥末醬微酸更能中和油膩感,與中式燒肉有異曲同工之妙,惟部分位置豬皮過於硬實而肉質稍嫌未夠嫩滑,但畢竟粵菜才是主角故其他菜式相對而言略顯失色亦無可厚非。

今日同朋友到尖沙咀食飯,餐廳不需要等位就可以入座。我們叫了呠酒桶蠔煲、風味什菜煲、招牌葡汁焗釀響螺、金獎宮爆蝦球、惹味海蜇。首先上的是海蜇,爽口而芝麻香足又不會太鹹。之後是宮爆蝦球,除了蝦球外還有皮蛋,皮蛋外表是先炸過,口感酥軟。而蝦球彈牙鮮甜,再加上醬汁甜中帶點酸,味道不錯。再來是葡汁焗釀響嫘,賣相很漂亮,一度以為是真螺殼。味道方面,葡汁配上螺肉,青豆,洋蔥等清新鮮甜。接住是呠酒桶蠔煲,蠔大隻而且有蠔味,酒味香而不濃剛好帶出蠔的鮮味。最後是什菜煲,入面有菜心、白菜、菇、粉絲和蝦乾。清淡中帶淡淡的海鮮味。整體而言,味道不錯,用料十足。
