這間位於尖沙咀的凱薈,位處The One的高層,飽覽整個維港景色,場地佈置開揚光猛,而且樓底高柱少,是婚宴的場地的格局。食物款式很多,其中羽衣甘藍更是本地種植,比較新鮮健康。七味椒鹽豆腐豆腐炸至金黃香脆,十分嫩滑。黑糖叉燒叉燒是半肥瘦的部位,燒至表面焦香,入口嫩腍,帶點焦糖甜香。雞湯浸羽衣甘藍雞湯底鮮甜,羽衣甘藍翠綠,而且十分爽口清甜。金獎宮爆蝦球炸蝦球表面薄薄炸漿炸至金黃香脆,蝦仁大隻又彈牙,旁邊是炸蝦膠釀皮蛋,加上酸辣汁十分惹味。最後還送上紅豆沙作甜品。
