*烤肉眼牛扒:今次我們選擇了三成熟的肉眼牛扒,牛的味道非常濃郁,而且牛扒很大件,足以兩個人吃,牛扒的肉質鮮嫩切開來吃時仍是粉紅色,顯見牛扒的新鮮,放進口裏入口鬆化,細緻香口,肉汁四濺,再配上自家製作的黑松露汁,更提升了牛扒的味道😋😋
