略為失望的是腸粉和粥,兩樣都是我至愛。腸粉太「啅」,皮蛋瘦肉粥的瘦肉口感唔似豬肉,皮蛋只得皮蛋茸,粥底也只是一般!可以不試!😅

店員溫馨提示,9:00開門營業,八點幾已經有人排隊喎!對我就冇影響,適合我和男友瞓到自然醒過嚟!🤣

平日返工在佐敦官涌,美食多不勝數,午膳因時間緊拙,多數喺食快餐便算。今晚收工後逛逛,見到新開間點心店,晚上都可歎茶品嘗點心,真的好。店內裝修雅緻,喺新派清新點心經營。點心種類眾多,還有籠仔蒸飯,粥等。黑松露菜苗餃賣相吸引,細細隻巧精瑩,一口一啖,黑松露唔係太濃味,但材料新鮮, 爽口彈牙。叉燒腸粉腸粉外皮夠薄,看到滿滿义燒餡料,食落軟滑好味。鮑魚螺片滑雞粥粥底綿綿又唔會太杰,雞件大大件,食落好滑入味有口感,味道啱啱好。香煎蘿蔔糕薄薄哋細細件,蘿蔔絲夠多,皮脆內軟,點上辣椒油,更加好食。一般酒樓嘅出品淨喺一團粉,此款點心值得一讚。濃湯鮮竹卷鮮竹卷被濃濃湯底浸透,先喝淡湯,唔覺有好多味精,饀料唔喺咁多肉,但材料都好豐富。上海小籠包有肉汁,點埋啲醋都好好食,外皮能再薄少少口感會更好。整體點心喺用心做,下次再去試食其它。

煎牛肉旦飯
桌上的蒸籠吸引了同行的朋友,令不愛吃牛肉的他亦吃了很多,香噴噴~蒸牛肉餅怎樣才嫩滑不老,這店的牛肉煎蛋飯一定可以做出水準呢,愛吃蒸飯之朋友必吃的,好好吃,份量大,拌入質量好牛肉,肉味濃郁,且鮮味濃濃。

楊枝甘露除了是一種香港消暑甜品外,還被作為其他食品的味道,非常棒的香港食物,港式甜品經典呢,芒果柚子酸酸甜甜清新喔*

原隻蝦燒賣
冬菇味濃,且有大蝦,必點的點心~鮮蝦燒賣,用廣東雲吞皮(黃色)包著豬肉加蝦的餡料,蒸一下就有非常美味的茶樓點心風味!每次去飲茶必點之點心,吃得出大廚花心機又考工夫,豬肉肥瘦及配料恰到好處,令人想大大吃,所以花少少時間絕對值得。

金沙脆皮銀羅腸
比布拉腸粉再有米香,來得煙韌,是這兒的特色喔,近年之粵式點心口味更加的多元化的同時讓人一看就垂涎欲滴。點心新味,滑溜口感,加上一吃,有脆皮感覺,不僅對傳統的粵式風格進行改良和創新,還融合了東南亞風格飲食元素,創意茶點帶來一天好心情。

現在去Café聊天多,週末又會去吃Brunch,少去了品嘗本地點心,這些也是充滿本地特色地美食,要多吃多支持喔~我們的地方味食多,但要數同樣廣受中外食客青睞之食物,還有一樣,是點心。被遺忘時光了
