Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環食嘢價位通常都比較離地今日發現呢間主打法國菜嘅餐廳晚市訂座有7折優惠 平民價錢嘆法國菜當晚嘅侍應親切有禮 整個用餐體驗都好好焗古也芝士洋蔥湯 ($68)原來正宗嘅法式洋蔥湯係會加芝士濃郁清甜洋蔥 配埋濃而不膩嘅芝士半溶芝士仲有拉絲效果 真係幾好飲法式焗蝸牛 ($98)食法國菜又點少得蝸牛呢今次呢碟我地都幾滿意隻隻都好厚肉 而且好有咬口 我仲好鍾意墊底嘅牛油薯蓉又香又滑 一啖都唔放過法式地道鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔 ($189)呢碟鴨腿完全係表現倒師傅功架鴨腿皮脆肉嫩 鴨肉仲保留倒水份薯仔仲係用鴨油煎 煎到外層脆脆地有啲似薯餅 好味到欲罷不能海鮮墨魚意粉 ($168)平時食墨汁意粉會食到成咀黑哂今次呢碟完全唔會有呢個問題佢啲墨汁唔係做醬汁 而喺意粉嘅麵團度每條意粉都黑過墨汁 真係食得出墨汁味海鮮最欣賞大蜆/花甲 多肉冇沙有鮮味 另外帶子都唔錯架 可惜只有一粒酥皮蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕 ($78)蘋果批夠crispy 加埋雪糕甜而不膩 continue reading
