To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔講唔知原來LKF都有間主打傳統法國菜嘅樓上私房菜,菜式多樣化,連紅白酒都有好多選擇,裝修行簡潔風,座落都幾舒適,令人感覺輕鬆,價錢合理,適合拍拖👫前菜有Lobster Bisque,湯頭香濃,鮮甜味突出,搭配脆身嘅麵包係絕配。Fig & Walnuts Salad份量比想像中多,新鮮沙律菜搭配無花果、調過味嘅合桃同大大粒甜番茄,十分開胃。食法國菜又點少得Duck Confit呀,鴨腿煮至入味,油香氣滿滿,肉質嫩滑唔乾,絲絲口感,配上用鴨油煎嘅薯仔同少量沙律菜,性價比高,果然係招牌菜,一點要點!Spaghetti有驚喜,以檸檬汁同橄欖油調味,淡淡香氣,唔油膩,麵條軟硬度適中,上面仲有大大粒又鮮甜嘅帶子,呢個size出面好少見。最後以Apple Pie作結,外層十分酥皮,上面有原片蘋果,配上雪糕,冰火交替,滿足嘅一餐。

今晚放工同朋友去咗蘭桂坊附近一間樓上鋪食西餐 呢度無set dinner menu 所以都係散叫左d野食 紅白酒餐有買一送一 $88 有2杯都幾抵龍蝦湯有配一舊好香嘅多士 可以點啲湯嚟食 法式焗蝸牛 好耐冇試過食呢啲連殼嘅蝸牛而家好多出面都係冇咗個殼 我覺得有殼正好多ga 香草海鹽燒美國原條牛肋骨配薯條 牛肋骨嘅肉已經全部切好晒出嚟 啱晒我呢啲懶人 肉質都淋身 唔會好難咬 仲有啲薯條啱啱咋起熱辣辣 食唔停口黑松露醬野菌意粉 超多黑松露醬 撈埋啲意粉食非常之香 仲有我好鍾意佢意粉係整得比較乾身是日甜品 意式奶凍 好懷舊咁用jam嘅玻璃樽裝 底層嘅朱古力十分香濃 鍾意朱古力嘅不容錯過
