To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 朋友說國金軒不錯,所以假期就同同家人來試試, 我諗我太高估佢,又或者是中環那家比較出色吧。呢間同普通酒店中菜無分別,唔難食, 都唔好食。 訂台時無人提我們要訂菜,去到點菜時又高好多都要訂,咁電話唔提第一次食又點會知道呢。最後一家人叫了幾個小菜,味道都一般。最驚喜是個柚子皮,因為出面好少地方有,所以決定一試。口感非常特別,軟綿綿又入味,上湯味道非常夾,呢個菜是功夫菜,一定要試下。其他就麻麻地,中環那間比較好。 continue reading

홍콩 설연휴 저녁식사를 늘 가던 음식점 이 아닌 새로운곳으로 시도 해봤습니다. 홍콩 침사추이미라 호텔 3층에 위치한 완전 고급 홍콩 음식점을 이용해봤습니다. 저녁시간엔 단품 요리와 코스 요리를 정할수있는데 저희는 코스요리를 한번 이용해 봤습니다. 가격이 쫌 ... 많이 높은편 이지만 뭐!! 설 인데! ㅎㅎㅎ 하는 생각으로 ㅎㅎㅎ먹어본 결과 맛은 정말 괜찮고 누군가를 대접하기에 굉장히 추천 할만 하다 생각 하지만 굳이 아는 지인이나 가족이랑 이용시 그냥 단품으로 주문해서 먹는게 더 좋을까 합니다.맛은! 좋았습니다.!! ㅎㅎㅎㅎ continue reading
