明閣係米芝蓮一星既粵菜食府⭐今次因為book左Cordis激抵$0房價既Staycation,房費全數可用作dining credit,所以超有幸品嚐到~(因為其實已經係九月中去架啦,所以都唔肯定個menu會唔會唔同左,大致上應該就差不多既)🤪網上好多人推介明閣龍皇珍味宴,於是我就決定將所有dining credit拎去食明閣🥳-🌟明閣龍皇珍味宴 $698/位基本上book好房後好快已經預留左呢個龍皇珍味宴~因為網上見到話呢個set好搶手🤣🤣初時有睇過佢既menu發現原來得七道菜式,仲要每一道菜都係得一兩舊咁,已經諗會唔會唔夠飽😅點知望落雖然好少,但食起來真係好多😳-🎈明閣兩小碟 (醬蘿蔔薑蓉龍蝦 · 至尊蜜汁叉燒)醬蘿蔔好爽脆配上龍蝦口感十足🤤而呢度用上半肥瘦既叉燒,食落軟嫩多汁🥰-🎈花雕蛋白蒸龍蝦鉗蛋白真係蒸到好滑再帶一點花雕酒的香味😋而龍蝦鉗就保留著鮮味,好清甜~-🎈原個椰皇杏汁燉花膠白肺湯我真係好鍾意飲湯尤其係豬肺湯!因為豬肺其實要花好多時間處理🙈而呢度既杏汁白肺湯特別之處係以原個椰皇呈現配埋大大舊既花膠,真心好飲🤩-🎈香蔥油爆龍蝦球龍蝦球完全係啖啖肉,用油爆香後帶出了龍蝦既鮮甜😳-🎈蒜片M9和牛粒和牛粒煎得剛好配埋蒜片成個感覺好match,個人認為蒜片係令整道菜昇華了另一個層次~-🎈上湯龍蝦炒麵炒麵係脆炸麵咁脆卜卜😍好似酒樓個款銀芽肉絲炒麵咁~龍蝦有少少汁所以食落個炸麵唔會話好乾身😌其實食到第六道菜式已經覺得好飽,同埋感覺呢一餐真係食左好多龍蝦🦞🤣-🎈燕窩葛仙米燉雪梨最後一道菜係超養生既燕窩葛仙米燉雪梨😝好滋陰養顏~而燕窩就擺左係雪梨入面,份量十足👍🏻😍-個人覺得明閣都真係幾好食🥳無論係環境、服務定係食物質素都好好😌唯一就係上菜有點兒慢🤏🏻印象中呢七道菜式我同男朋友仔係食左差不多兩個鐘,感覺有啲似去左食法國大餐咁😂😂😂-🔸明閣📍旺角上海街555號香港康得思酒店6樓 continue reading

Staycation一個好重要嘅環節係食,今次選擇康德思酒店嘅原因除咗因為佢做Take the Credit可以將房費全部食晒之外,令一個好重要嘅原因就係好想試吓米芝蓮一星嘅明閣。嘢食未上,先上兩個醬,左邊係XO醬,右邊係素食干菌醬,兩種醬都好好食,而且份量好多一啲都唔孤寒。XO醬相當足料,金華火腿元配蝦子蝦乾樣樣齊。藍天使蝦紅米腸粉,紅米腸皮算係少少哋Q彈,紅米腸包住脆皮依然好趣,入面嘅蝦亦都好鮮味,豉油唔使落好多甚至咩醬料都唔落都已經好好食。養生三色餃分別係綠色嘅牛肝菌榆耳菠菜餃、橙色嘅杞子鮮蝦蟹肉甘筍餃,同埋紅色嘅帶子羊肚菌紅菜頭餃牛肝菌餃係素,但牛肝菌味道好香,我試過加咗少少干菌醬,好好味道。鮮蝦蟹肉餃入面勁多蟹肉,好香味。相對來講我就唔太喜歡羊肚菌餃,羊肚菌味道濃烈奪去咗帶子嘅鮮味,個性強烈嘅朋友有時未必適合擺埋一齊。呢三粒野整體來講賞心悅目,但三粒野個皮我都覺得比較厚。即焗原隻鮑魚雞粒數配普洱茶原隻鮑魚有少少糖心,個鮑魚醬亦都相當唔錯,唯一就係餅皮太甜,有啲唔協調。龍皇三弄分別係鮮蝦濃湯脆米、蔥爆虎蝦球、同花雕粉絲蒸虎蝦。其中花雕粉絲蒸虎蝦好香,入面仲有少少酒糟,非常好食。如意三弄之一嘅啡菇如意卷相對冇乜特色,不過個腐皮好香。話梅帶子凍都唔錯,但個人就覺得帶子太熟,不過可能要放入果凍裏面又唔可以做得太水潤。第三弄係百花釀金龍,龍躉皮包着黑膠,上面再有鹹蛋黃醬,香氣香味都濃郁。而且一舊嘢放入口中有好多種唔同嘅口感,正。甜品杏仁芒果卷就相對失望,因為入邊冇鮮芒果,只有芒果汁同粉撈成嘅醬。陳皮燉雪梨都幾好,而佢落嘅材料亦都好有趣我都唔知係乜嘢啦。整體來講食品質素算OK,服務都唔錯,不過我就覺得稍嫌嘈吵咗一啲。 continue reading

生日黎到cordis staycation, 梗係要黎試米芝蓮明閣我地之前已經預留左個米芝蓮盛宴仲可以兩個人share 一set因為預計係lounge 食tea 同happy hr 都應該好飽,所以就諗住夜晚兩個人share 一set 都夠飽先上前菜拼盤,川汁蝦球,蝦幾爽口,配埋個汁係幾特別,但個人更鐘意下面金菇配汁既感覺乳豬好脆,而且肥瘦適中,燒得好靚佢有上xo 醬,同d 魚仔小食xo 醬都唔錯,但大部分野食其實都夠味濃湯海中寶,入面有齊鮑魚,瑤柱,海膠同海蔘,湯夠味得黎又清清地,唔錯,係瑤柱再淋多少少更好本身應該係最出名既蟹蓋黎,可惜老公唔食蟹蓋既洋蔥而我唔食得蟹。。。所以餐廳幫我地轉左依個蝦球都係爽口彈牙,但味道淡左少少,加埋xo 醬就岩岩好油爆龍蝦球,龍蝦調味夠,而且肉質實得黎又彈牙,唔錯和牛粒好香,而且外面仲有少少焦香,入面好嫩,好食!魚湯底好味!!我同老公爭住飲,時蔬就一般煎粉果會係你面前倒d 湯落去,又係d 湯好飲粉果就浸淋哂,麻麻地既口感,入面d 料都唔算出色,鴨味唔算濃最後上埋甜品~~左面兩款都係正常水準,抹茶馬豆糕抹茶味岩岩好,唔會偏苦偏甜,馬豆糕好爽口最好食係豆腐芝麻布丁,芝麻味好香夾埋淡淡豆腐味,好襯~~食完成餐飯,兩個都好飽~就算每道菜分一半兩個share 都夠架~整體味道服務都係中上水平覺得菜式同味道好過天龍軒,美麗華中菜等等了 continue reading

今日同男朋友慶祝週年紀念,我們訂了康思德酒店住一晚,這個套餐更送了$1100餐飲現金,可用作酒店的所有餐廳,我們都愛中菜,所以選了出名的名閣環境華麗,有大廳及一間間小房的座位,我們被安排了小房位置,大概5張枱左右,好寬敞又乾淨又寧靜的環境,服務員有2-3位服務這間房的客人,都快手有效率有禮貌的每枱有洗手液及擺設花的點綴,餐牌有型的設計,這邊的茶(香片茶)都好好飲,有質素好香濃前菜先送上前菜,有素豆乾、元貝醬、脆炸魚乾,幾特別,前2個有配上炒飯一齊食,另一個好脆卜卜,有芝麻香,好美味1. 明閣八小碟一上枱就好有驚喜,好靚的擺放,有9個小格的碟中,每格都有不同食材,除了八小碟,中間的是梅漬蕃茄,酸酸的開胃小食(至尊蜜汁叉燒)這邊點都要試試主角菜之一的叉燒,好入口唔會太甜好軟腍的叉燒,唔會太肥但又瘦中有少少肥的層層叉燒,健康又美味(五香燒腩肉)外皮脆卜卜,唔會太油膩,層層的肥瘦夾著,好香好有口感,小小的大小,我好喜歡💕(鹵水豬仔腳)男朋友好喜愛,好入味又軟腍的豬仔腳,滷味剛好(黑椒牛舌粒)最愛最香的牛舌,我一向喜歡牛舌,這個牛舌粒好軟腍好易咬又香口,更有黑椒粒的口感及香味,連男朋友都話這個最出色(芹香馬蹄海哲頭)爽口的海哲頭清淡配有馬蹄粒粒的,中和其他濃味的小食(XO醬涼拌青瓜)爽脆但可辣多一點(芥末雲耳)爽口小小的好好味又健康,芥末味唔會濃(松茸金菇蟲草花)爽口好彈牙,配搭好好的!2. 蝦醬薑米香蔥蟹肉炒飯唔會好油膩,炒得好乾身好靚,足料又有口感,蟹肉好多,喜歡薑米及蔥粒的口感及香度,可配前菜一齊食,味道會不同 continue reading
