香港有很多間冰室,但是華星冰室就是我最喜歡的😆叉燒通粉加火腿炒蛋再加上厚厚的多士,每一餐我都能夠食清😂最可惜的叉燒量不多😝我最喜歡的是冰室的奶茶,味道非常香濃滑溜😬而通粉的湯底也非常濃郁好味,雖然不知道有沒有加味精(應該有)

在旺角太子找下午茶吃,想坐的不過分地迫又想吃茶記,經過華星見門口沒人排隊二話不說就衝入去,可大熱天只剩下門口位而且搭枱我們就退出來了。行了一條街實在找不到替選於是又回頭,今次有卡位了,幸好侍應認得我們也沒黑面😁常餐有叉燒通,火腿蛋,牛油多,熱奶茶也許麥皮都是無味的?加些砂糖吃,感覺好一點近年西多也有很多款,通常都吃最穩陣的,今天想試㗎央。習慣出力才唧到糖漿的我們,在這裡一下就倒到氾濫,浪費了㗎央的味道了總括來說,價錢算平民,如坐卡位環境ok,可再來的。

从刚来香港的时候就觉得湾仔的华星冰室在茶餐厅里面综合来说算是不错的,之后陆续打卡了几家,旺角的这家华星冰室综合而言算是比较差的。进店装修的还算可以吧,典型的华星冰室风格,但是气味儿有点不好闻。服务还算不错,一开始坐的中间的位置,后来旁边有卡座了立刻空出来让坐。点的常餐,黑松露炒蛋加出前一丁,出前一丁换浓汤底还得加五块钱,比较坑。常餐的味道还可以吧,意面,炒蛋味道都不错,出前一丁不好吃。总体而言有点小失望,还需要提高吧。

「華星冰室」相信大家都聽過,在旺角這個中心地區就可以吃得到,即便不是假日人流都很多,不過人流去得快,排隊等一下就可以吃得到了!來個常餐叉燒意粉+火腿炒蛋+多士+飲品,意粉跟一般的茶餐廳無異,都是粗身的湯意粉,不過這裡的炒蛋真的是很有水準,蛋香重之餘蛋很滑︿而且份量也很多,用來配著多士吃就可以自製蛋治了哈哈!另外點了鹹牛肉蛋餅出前一丁,這次選了「重口味」,原來是把湯底轉了一個像羅宋湯的底,雖說蕃茄味道重也有濃郁,不過配出前一丁,還是原來的麻油味最好吃,選「重口味」還要多加$5呢。鹹牛肉蛋餅份量很多,牛肉的鹹香配上牛的微焦,不錯。最後當然要吃校長多士,不加價的多士,上面是黑松露加上芝士,還沒吃已經可以聞到黑松露的香,芝士鋪滿整個多士面,一口可以吃到黑松露的香加芝士的奶味,雖然吃完整個常餐,但吃這個多士還是停不了呢!
