之前經過旺角,想食平平地,就走左去好出名既華星冰室食晚飯啦。原來最近晚餐新左menu,我地分別叫左鮮茄豬扒飯同葱油雞脾紅腸飯、各$65連一杯熱飲。鮮茄豬扒飯真係用新鮮番茄整個番茄汁,個味道唔會好假同太酸。而且豬扒都好多舊,都好霖、汁同飯既比例剛剛好!葱油雞脾紅腸飯,本身見到得一小堆葱油,怕會好乾,但完全唔會、非常夠味唔乾!蒜蓉味道比較重。雞脾紅腸係乾炸,姐係唔另外加麵粉炸,好香脆、雖然紅腸就油左少少,但又唔會有厚厚既麵衣!雞脾裏面重好juicy~少食茶餐廳、冰室既我都讚口不絕!

我很愛吃華星, 已經來過好多次, 平常都是吃常餐或是重口味出前一丁 超好吃的!這次來看到新推出了幾款晚餐, 就試試看吧!蔥油雞脾紅腸飯華星的炸雞脾是很出名的, 先醃製過後炸得脆脆的雞脾, 一啖雞脾一啖飯, 再搭配特製蔥油來拌飯,正! 紅腸也很好吃。再配上凍檸茶港式紅茶加上幾片新鮮檸檬, 和預先加好的糖水, 酸酸甜甜的,好清爽!好味!滑蛋叉燒飯很港式的滑蛋, 煮到像羹的蛋汁來拌飯吃, 這樣飯會充滿蛋香和蔥香叉燒有6塊, 比較瘦但不柴, 不用擔心會吃胖。熱奶茶熱奶茶也是華星的招牌菜之一, 也是我每次來必喝的。 金黃色的奶茶, 茶味和奶味的濃郁配搭, 喝完還有點回甘。想吃個港式復古晚餐! 來華星吧!

我平時好少叫葱油系列,因為好多時啲葱油會搞到個飯同麵濕哂,啲油浸到成碟好肥膩,食一兩啖就會唔想食。

但華星嘅呢個葱油飯唔同,個葱油係擺係白飯上面,撈幾多落個飯到悉隨尊便,幾貼心。我試食左少少葱油覺得好香口而且唔係好膩,所以我好大膽咁撈哂,我食到一半覺得個葱油可以再多啲啲就好

我點了老外套餐,光是名字已經覺得很有趣。
因為友人大讚多士好吃,所以我也第一時間吃多士,怕腍了會不好吃。
不得不同意多士真的鬆脆好吃!
其中粟米、茄汁豆都屬正常水平,煙肉略油,薯餅有薯味但外皮稍嫌有點硬和薯肉太單薄。

最令我意想不到的是,只過了吃一塊多士5分鐘不到的時間,已經覺得自己像在吃沙律一樣,粟米、茄汁豆、薯餅和煙肉都涼涼的。
只有炒蛋能保持微暖。如果食物可以保持暖暖的溫度,相信會比較好吃呢!

冰天雪地之際餐飲幸好點了熱飲,熱華田夠濃,是這頓飯的小確幸~


這一晚吃完飯走出餐廳,友人的眼鏡都起霧了。因為餐廳太冷的關係,全餐只用了不到半小時就吃光急著要走了⋯⋯這時候不禁想起《食神》裡的史提芬周,果然冷氣夠強力,真的可以做多點生意~

同同事落去下午茶見咁出名就試下啦!環境一般茶記咁 叫左個黑松露炒蛋多士$37 (之前聽講幾出名)而且我又一直幾中意黑松露浸味😋😋10分鐘到就有得食啦,個包夠晒鬆脆😛滿滿的黑松露好香 炒蛋唔鹹啱啱好!

坐低唔夠廿秒,店員就會走過你落單。 不過都唔係第一次食華星,都好清楚自己要食乜。叉燒意粉可以揀配意粉或者通粉,火腿煎蛋可以揀配煎蛋或者炒蛋。多士夠厚,而且烘得有少少燶,食落好脆口又好鬆軟。 煎蛋係太陽蛋,切開中會有蛋黃流出嚟。 唔揀煎蛋可以揀炒蛋,炒蛋加入咗牛奶同一齊炒,食落特別香滑。

中午小怪就最愛自已搵食今次就去好多人排隊既華星冰室雖然多人排,但唔洗等好耐,去到不用多考慮,直接一個常餐終於明白唔洗等咁耐既原因其一就係上菜真係好快(完全乎合香港快準飲食原則)味道方面,意粉有口感,唔會好淋,叉燒大約四至五塊,味道好但較為薄身。多士烘得乾身,香口。而依度既滑蛋真心覺得值得排隊。因為滑蛋好滑,有蛋同奶香。上菜快,令蛋仲熱,熱滑蛋,加曬分。最後配上一杯熱奶茶,茶底好,拉茶有技巧,又香又濃。47蚊加野飲,經典常餐,喜愛
