本人是泰國華裔，得知維園有花展，前來參觀，參觀後和朋友步行到大坑浣沙街，就帶朋友去食我間中光顧既火車頭越南餐室，我們點了一客菠蘿炒飯，一碗火車頭及一客通菜，結果大失所望，食物質素已經不復當年，最不愉快的就是我朋友感覺你們餐廳冷氣非常凍，所以就叫服務員調溫度去溫一點，服務員也很樂意幫忙，之後感覺冷氣正常，沒有那麼凍的時候，因為我們坐得比較近你們open kitchen位置，突然你們餐的廚房女大姐對住我們大罵服務員，還用一些粗言穢語大罵他們，內容不說（粗言穢語）大概都是罵關於餐廳冷氣，之後我去完廁所回來經過，那位廚房大姐還用一些不友善眼神不停望我，之後冷氣又調回非常凍，我又再問你們服務員是怎樣，但今次服務員面色徬徨，我也不再為難他們，決定結帳離開。原本我朋友都說不要來，因為見最近你們餐廳劣評如潮，是那位粗言穢語的大姐所為，今天一見，真的大開眼界，趕客的眼神，不快的粗言穢語，我們決定也不再光顧

如題一樣，剛剛工作完作國內回來光顧你們火車頭，誰知我用餐一小時，聽了45分鐘粗口，那位講粗言穢語的廚房阿嬸全程爆粗言穢語：面向我們坐的地方大罵，真的很影響客人用餐食慾及心情，而我亦向你們餐廳經理投訴，希望可以安心吃晚膳，最後那位經理上前說了兩句，自己轉身離開現場，回來後（應該有15分鐘），再向每枱客人致歉（餐廳唯一可取之處），我亦都不多問，只希望我點的粉包快上，因為快頂不下，難怪你們食物出品那麼久，原來只會說粗口，眼望望我們客人，35分鐘等一份粉包，食完我也埋單，離開時店員上下都向我致歉，但我說：係都應該爆粗果位廚房阿嬸講啦，我就離開！睇番之前食評，你們餐廳都有同上事情發生，本人亦是在國內做飲食業生意，忠告一句：令枉勿縱，殺一警百！我相信暫時我在店舖門口再見到那位粗言穢語的阿姐，我都不會入來進餐。

呢日入到泥大坑行下，見到有唔少cafe同餐廳，但我突然好想食越南河，見浣紗街就有呢間『火車頭越南餐室』，就入去試吓。坐低之後就先叫左『生熟牛肉湯河』，另外仲叫埋『香茅牛肉撈檬』、『牛油雞中翼』同埋『沙嗲雞肉串』。先講吓個『生熟牛河』。湯底味道濃郁，牛肉浸熟少少再食，食落都夠牛味，肉質都夠稔。一次過將湯、粉、牛放入口，真係好味🤤個撈檬都唔錯，香茅牛肉幾香口，撈埋啲青瓜絲，蘿蔔絲同汁泥食，酸酸甜甜好開胃。至於啲小食，雞翼炸到外脆內軟，加埋炸蒜趁熱食好味。個雞肉串正常發揮，雞肉唔柴，沙嗲味道都唔錯！
