去維園花展前先到大坑吃晚餐,來了一間很有格調的越南餐廳!裝修是一種古典路線,有著大大的水晶燈,桌上還會放了花朵那種。餐廳名叫<火車頭>就當然要點火車頭招牌湯河,我們還額外加點了一份牛肉,但原來它是非常大一碗! 對女生來說,就算不額外加料這一碗可能也有點太大!湯底很甜,似是加了洋蔥、白蘿蔔等蔬菜煮成的,好喝。火車頭就是有點像牛雜那樣。會有不同牛的部位,這家除了生牛肉以外,還有牛腩,是一片片狀的,不是中式紅燒牛腩那種,整體吃下去令人很滿足。軟殼蟹牛油果米紙卷,擺盤很美,也挺大一件,跟平日吃的有點不一樣是它在碟底加了一些調味醬, 吃不出是什麼醬,但味道挺濃的,所以配清淡的米紙卷更令它加分!不用加魚露也很不錯。鐵板蒜蓉大蝦,大蝦原來是先去殼走油炸過的,不是那種燒烤蝦,肉質厚實,配上蒜蓉醬很惹味。整體食物質素跟環境都很不錯,而且食物選項不少,下次多人聚會時可以再來,就可以試多點食物。 continue reading
