十分普通的一餐，食物質素可以，種類不多，沙律菜的種類只有一種，冷盤海鮮也不多選擇，沒有翡翠螺也沒有龍蝦，有長腳蟹，但很細隻，味道還可以。熱盤沒有太多選擇，甜品尚可。環境不是太好，地方行細，似閣樓多D。服務員態度很好，有免費泊車。總體而言，沒有驚喜，以這個價錢不會再去。

今天是朋友的生日朋友訂了這裡用餐，我私下看了評價 ，本想要跟朋友說評價不是很好 要不要改一下但又覺得這樣沒有禮貌，因為是朋友請客啊，朋友的老婆是壽星，所以就來吃吃看吧首先問了停車 滿800元就可以免費3小時停ㄧ台車 但是我們有七個人所以開了兩台車因為ㄧ張檯只能停ㄧ台車 除非滿10位 （這歪裡吧 那你何必說800元可以免費停車）所以請他們分2張檯結果第一次吃自助餐跟朋友不是在正隔壁的檯🦐其實我們這邊根本有沒有一張台是可以坐8位的再來來103樓 不就為了要看風景 吃自助告訴你們很多位置都是看不到風景的 無言吃了很多家自助餐第一次遇到服務生是沒什笑容 這是五星飯店竟然這種服務素質 今天晚上壽司檯的師父沒有笑容臉很臭而且跟他講廣東話，他會回你英文給我的冷盤 你們看像是營養不良的還有切牛排的那個女生臉也是沒有表情的ㄧ家五星的飯店 客人跟你說廣東話你不是應該回廣東話嗎？這裡是香港也 簡單的也聽不懂嗎 座位真的就像是人家說的勉強隔出來的在走廊吃東西 價位不便宜 東西算少 今天沒有什麼特別讓我們今天7位覺得好吃的食物 食物是個人觀點沒有錯，但是我們七個人都不覺得好吃對上一次 我們是兩個星期前去吃J W萬豪酒店他們那邊的食物比這裡好吃太多了，服務比這裡好太多了👍我真的很懷疑他們的消防，有合格嗎？位置很緊迫也 這樣的走廊位置⋯⋯加餐檯☹️唯一覺得像五星飯店的就是 女兒不小心興高采烈的拿一塊蛋糕要給我吃 ，不小心掉了 ，我請女兒去say sorry 然後我正想要撿 有一位男服務員說沒關係他們來就好了除此之外服務不合格，餐點不合格個人這輩子絕對不會再回來吃第二次我先生說吃過真的畢生難忘阿😂

呢個餐廳自助餐，可以說不要去，不用去，不值去！先說環境，唔好以為好似Cafe100 咁全部窗邊位。佢除了餐廳兩端是看到景之外，其他位置只100樓的閣樓，如果坐中間，海景夜景只係遠觀。再說食物，行完一個圈佢嘅食物種類比其他三星級酒店自助早餐的種類還少…魚生只有兩三款，麵包芝士沙律種類都係求其幾款。長腳蟹是有的，仲有半隻lobster 送，其他海鮮種類很少。 至於熱食，更加唔吸引，牛仔肉，curry, 冇樣嘢覺得好想食。生果好似得三種，都係超普通既西瓜菠蘿之類，失望。甜品有雪糕，cake.. 賣相不過不失.總括來說，性價比超低，連影食物相嘅慾望都冇…

另一半生日，當然想搵個好地方慶祝抱好大期望去選擇位於Ritz-Carlton上面的Cafe 103星期一至五 Lunch Buffet $628一位星期六日 Lunch Buffet $758 一位價格本身也偏高的，呢個價錢主要食高層景觀用餐地方、食物質素並不合我期望一去到，個人覺得環境同想像中有落差自助餐的取餐地方似是走廊間出來與旁邊的座位很近，感覺狹窄菜式方面，以亞洲菜為主，不過選擇不多魚生、壽司方面現切刺身有四款 — 三文魚、甘蝦、赤貝、北寄貝都幾新鮮的不過壽司方面明顯失落，壽司飯握到實一實冷盤都唔多選擇，有長腳蟹但原來無生蠔Re-fill速度唔算快熱盤方面就正正常常，幾鍾意肉骨茶其他就普普通通甜品方面都出色，不過可麗露唔太好食
