早兩個星期六跟朋友行香公前,路過這家cafe,已經被他的門面滿吸引住了,又看見滿滿的人潮,於是即時跟朋友約好這晚放工過來朝聖。晚上好像更好看一點,難怪這個火爆,樓下坐滿了,我們被安排到2樓,也是坐滿滿。這麽美的裝潢原來叫波希米亞風,在openrice 看其他食評學的,現學現買😆。總體感覺好溫暖,又有融入了大自然元素,非常舒服。參考了openrice 的食評,我們點了下面的食物,還怕不夠吃呢,原來份量蠻多的,吃飽飽。✴️🥩🧅美式BBQ醬烤焗西班牙豬肋骨 配洋蔥圈 $198可以說相當驚豔,豬肋骨煮得骨肉分離,但是還保有獨有的纖維,酸甜酸甜,還配了一個微辣的醬汁,相當惹味,洋蔥圈炸的酥脆,不說還以為是魷魚圈呢,還有很多沙律菜,非常豐富。✴️🧀🥔芝士焗澳洲薯皮 $88焗薯不算大隻,薯蓉沒有很多,不過上面鋪滿芝士跟火腿碎,好神奇的竟然加了蔥花,又幾夾,還配了一個原味乳酪醬,還挺特別的。✴️泰式珍珠奶茶梳乎厘班戟 🥞$145這個寫明需時30分鐘,點餐時可以選擇即上或者餐後上,我們選擇餐後上,吃得差不多就叫侍應可以準備。梳乎厘班戟非常鬆軟,奶味濃,但不會甜,加上煙韌的珍珠,好特別。✴️🍸熱情果青檸薄荷梳打 $52非常清新的一款飲品,其實熱情果味不濃,不過青檸味突出,非常夏天的一款飲品。✴️🍹特製白桃奶酪 $58奶酪應該是乳酪吧,加上白桃,太特別的味道,好Creamy,好好喝。總結,店內環境非常非常美,打卡一絕,食物質素也是不錯的,看他的下午茶也是好吸了呀,一定會回訪的。 continue reading

今次和朋友來到長沙灣這間裝修得很漂亮的餐廳,幾乎餐廳的每個點都很適合打卡。餐廳有兩層,連平日的晚上去到下面那層已經坐滿人,難怪限定食一個半小時,因為人太多了,這也是合理的。來到上一層更加舒服,座位與座位之間隔得不是很近,很適合良朋知己聊天。👍👍❇️美式BBQ醬烤焗西班牙豬肋骨豬肋骨很嫩滑多汁,美式BBQ燒烤醬令肉質很入味,沙律菜很新鮮,洋蔥圈金黃鬆脆❇️芝士焗澳洲薯皮濃郁的芝士味,色澤金黃,魚皮外脆內軟,芝士的絲滑感和馬鈴薯的飽滿質地完美地結合,令人很有滿足感😋😋😋❇️泰式珍珠奶茶梳乎厘班戟一般的珍珠奶茶會偏甜,但這裏的甜度剛剛好。軟綿的梳乎厘奶油覆蓋在班戟上面,已經令人食慾大開,梳乎厘奶油濃郁順滑,班戟很鬆軟❇️ 熱情果青檸薄荷梳打❇️特製白桃奶醉淡淡的粉色加上濃郁的白桃香味,很適合夏天消暑飲品 continue reading
