「富貴黃金蝦」- 新鮮生蜢既大蝦,每一隻都被金黃色的鹹蛋黃碎整整的沾滿全身,每一口都充滿著鹹香的餘韻。

「啫啫芥蘭煲」- 啫啫芥蘭煲真心香到餐廳門外既抽煙中朋友們都話聞到香噴噴,芥蘭很鮮甜,沒有菜渣,所以話除了大廚功架之外,食材新鮮都非常之重要喔。

「鎮鋪口水雞」- 雞味濃郁、皮薄肉嫩、雖然叫得口水雞既都知道會辣的,辣味固然之會有,但又唔會搶走本身雞既香味,加上本身唔食太食得太辣既朋友都入到口,真心送飯一流。唯一較為可惜既係糖水於當日已經售罄,唯有下次再試下吧。

這天跟太座加上朋友3個, 一行五人來到這麼近那麼遠嘅佐敦後街(炮台街)試一下相當多好評的男爵大排檔, 鋪面唔算大屬於中型食肆, 店內裝飾都相當多, 有以店名作嘅對聯一副, 還有些名人來過嘅合照,當然少不了各款菜式名及價錢, 而對入就是廚房, 廚房面積相對屬於大, 差不多同廳面1:1 ! 可能多柯打時這是有必要的,當天所見客人不算多, 有一枱年青人約11-12個, 我們5個, 另外有兩個客人似乎跟大廚相當熟絡的- 朋友?是夜柯打如下:椒鹽雞軟骨$98 炸得鬆脆外圍,軟骨部份也剛好咬口百花蒸魚肚6仵$99 百花丸大大粒有口感但底下件魚肚未浸夠身有點硬而非咬落斷開那種,薑葱蒸生蠔$128生蠔6隻無咩功夫嘅菜式, 或者呢個係至高景界-以簡破煩, 最配合的還有那個襯到不得了嘅淺綠色碟, 有時候你俾兩百幾食片魚生個碟似乞兒兜, 反而這裡制服似的這隻碟看得自然舒服, 但想叫的脆皮原隻豬手$198(賣晒), 客家炆腩肉又賣晒!富貴黃金蝦$109 開邊做的蝦炸得透身, 蝦殼都食埋, 攞出來時咸蛋黃沙還起泡, 刻意留下的大大舊咸蛋黃都食埋, 不過, 整體各個菜式嘅落味都相當克制, 尤其是咸味, 大排檔好少

百花蒸魚肚6仵$99 百花丸大大粒有口感但底下件魚肚未浸夠身有點硬而非咬落斷開那種,

薑葱蒸生蠔$128生蠔6隻無咩功夫嘅菜式, 或者呢個係至高景界-以簡破煩, 最配合的還有那個襯到不得了嘅淺綠色碟, 有時候你俾兩百幾食片魚生個碟似乞兒兜, 反而這裡制服似的這隻碟看得自然舒服, 但想叫的脆皮原隻豬手$198(賣晒), 客家炆腩肉又賣晒!

富貴黃金蝦$109 開邊做的蝦炸得透身, 蝦殼都食埋, 攞出來時咸蛋黃沙還起泡, 刻意留下的大大舊咸蛋黃都食埋, 不過, 整體各個菜式嘅落味都相當克制, 尤其是咸味, 大排檔好少有咁樣嘅情況, 無法講是好是壞, 因為除咗旁邊那枱年青人之外這裡沒有什麼稱得上年青的人了, 除咗同我們落單嗰個之外!

梅菜蒸菜心$88 呢個菜本應好簡單材料得就"得"了, 但東當天食到嘅梅菜係無咩味, 咁即是一堆纖維而已, 同時個汁主要係蠔油做的, SORRY個蠔油陣味比較非一般囉, 無法認同!

蒜香一囗牛$108 牛肉本身OK,不過無乜牛的騷味, 就係一個走過油嘅牛肉粒, 送酒會幾香口,

口水雞半只$140 呢個同好多食客嘅評語一樣, 雞肉本身做得好滑, 胸肉都保持到嫩滑, 個汁看似多辣油但辣味好低, 即使食唔到辣嘅B君, 都一樣食到, 當然辣的味道會隨着你食的件数增加而感覺得到但那時你可能已經食咗6/7舊了,所以大可放開懷抱食雞雞,

豉油皇炒麵$88 全晚最失望的一個菜, 幼蛋麵被炸了, 好乾身但因為不是肉絲炒麵唔會有個肉絲玄獻汁淋面, 加上料頭只有銀芽, 好利錢但亦因為咁我們不回頭了,

整體每碟份量細, 明白現在所有末材料價格上升但在這種唔算方便嘅後街經營, 還有細碟頭吸引力更少, 有時多一件半件蝕不到肉但要留客好多時這些也是關鍵位, 當然好多師傅會講唔志在呢D客, ANYWAY,我們是沒有機會再來了

上次黎食飯時見男爵出左蛇宴影底佢地個餐牌後一直都無左件事直至返老家嘅時候聽到D三姑六婆講開依排慶食蛇宴.....攪到我心郁郁之後就約埋班老友預訂左一圍蛇宴因爲見佢有出面好少做嘅山端所以更加想黎男爵試佢地嘅蛇宴最後仲有臘味糯米飯因之後飲到醉醺醺所以忘記影相了總括 可見小店做嘅菜式比起出面大牌子嘅更用心教足功課👍🏻👍🏻

是晚親友共聚,相約於佐敦炮台街男爵,環境雖然不太好,但有好嘢食,又可與親友共聚一堂,又有乜所謂呢。預訂了的豬肺湯,正! 本身好鍾意飲豬肺湯食豬肺,這煲湯令我好滿足;而即席點的口水雞則不過不失啦,不算特別。豬油撈飯加鼓油,我家小姐少爺k.o.哂成碗就知係正嘢。薑蔥蒸蠔我也很喜歡,可吃到蠔味又不會腥。焗魚腸只能說麻麻,稍嫌魚腸太粉,亦焗得不夠香口。需要預訂的炸子雞和炆斑翅均很出色,炸子雞夠嫩滑,斑翅惹味勁夠骨膠原,成為整頓飯的亮點。大廚不時會出來與客人傾計,食吓飯、吹吓水,溫飽的一晚。

出菜極快…..食咗幾個菜後, 決定埋單走人去咗隔一條街嘅酒樓繼續飯局…………蒜片一口牛 - 用鬆肉粉醃到冇晒牛味, 量少, 個底搵啲炸粉絲Long到高一高, 其實冇幾粒牛肉蜆蚧鯪魚球 – 粉多魚肉少, 唔彈牙, 蜆蚧醬得一粒蜆咁多………砵仔焗魚腸 – overcook, 有啲乾.黃金中蝦- 我未見過咁細嘅”中蝦”囉! 啲蝦太濕, 唔夠乾身, 而且仲可以整到不鮮,不咸(冇味)……..真勁.豉油王炒麵 – 成碟麵兩個字講晒– “死咸”, 麵又唔熱.薑汁芥蘭- 完全沒有薑味.PS. 當晚去到見門口貼住收”開瓶費”50蚊支, 我話唔係喎, 訂位果時明明話收30蚊支架! 門口肥佬答傘話”開瓶費”更係50蚊支啦………跟住同我講佢點樣辛苦申請個酒牌噃嚟bar, bar, bar…….呢啲錢都唔比佢賺, 佢就執笠咁話…………講到我好似講大話. 我唔想同佢糾纏, 沒好氣入店內, 講真唔通謂咗果20蚊我會唔開酒咩! 坐底冇幾就有個女人走咪嚟, 話訂位果日係佢接電話, 話係佢講錯”閞瓶費” 30蚊支, 如果唔啱可以下次先幫親過,佢地唔介意咁話!!

在「大排檔」吃甜品也未想過,點齊了6款6人分吃,所以每款也嚐過。
木糠布甸(原味,薑味,曲奇):薑味比較特別,去了布甸的奶臊味
香桃芒果布甸:原本芒果布甸,可能因無芒果改了用桃肉。不過桃和芒果味也襯!
焦糖燉蛋:朋友見到第一評語是這麼大份量,我就不覺得(我喜歡哩!)焦糖很脆而不苦,唯一美中不足
是我仍覺可加多一點cream,因我喜歡creamy的口感(但其他人可能得漏)
香桃黑珍珠涼粉:夏天吃的清涼甜品
最後,我們坐了3個多鍾,也無被人叫走,,大家暢談甚歡。旁聽兩台(每台也有十多人)先
後都唱生日歌,原本咁多人喜歡在「大排檔」慶生!
