To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁有Restaurant Week，星期三自己去左AMMO食lunch。Lunch $248+1，比起之前已經加左價，so sad，但正價既話應該唔會黎。首先有餐前餅乾。Beginnings: Scottish Salmon & Pineapple Salad煙三文魚ok，菠蘿好甜，有少少生菜絲。Entrees: Seared Snapper Fillet鯛魚皮很脆，唔食魚皮既我都食晒，另外仲有兩隻燒得好香既蝦同有東南亞定中東風味既豬肉碎。Sweets: Earl Grey Cream Brulee伯爵茶味好出，口感似結身既慕絲，比較膩，雲尼拿雪糕好味，食完飽啦。Drinks: Coffee飲品要凍咖啡。

Wow! We were really surprised how good the tea set with 3 tiers and a separate scones. This season they are doing a cooperation with a skincare company that is pioneer in high level Probiotics , organic and natural, we each received a pouch with: hand cream, hydrating mist, hydro moisturiser , all only at HKD 438 for 2 persons!! We immediately tried the hand cream, it smells herbal floral very refreshing, absorbs very fast, not sticky at all. The hydrating mist also very refreshing on the skin. I will definitely try the moisturiser tonight. The whole restaurant is surrounded by greens and art exhibition, really good place to chill and relax. Amazing, I would highly recommended.

今天出席家人的婚宴，聽到Ammo呢個名比較陌生，但一去到場地，便被他的環境和氛圍所吸引呢！😆😆❤️❤️今天所吃的食物，之前有選了牛扒，牛扒厚厚的，而且有香蒜汁，味道不錯！另外都有一些前菜沙律，有芒果鋪在沙律面上，味道清新，大人小孩都啱吃！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻因為帶埋兒子一起去，他有兒童餐提供，是肉醬意粉，味道皆不錯。最後亦都有附上甜品雪糕，還點了熱咖啡，甜品和飲品的質素都OK的。👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻最後是環境方面，大家下次到金鐘也可以上去行一趟，外面證婚場地都是非常優雅嫁！
