Most skewers were served piping hot and grilled to the right point, especially the thigh and neck which were still slightly pinkish inside, tender and juicy.

The seasoning of those grilled with salt was pretty heavy which would be best to pair with beer.

Tried tsukune with glutinous rice for the first time. The chicken meat of the tsukune itself was rather firm, which was mixed with soft bones and chopped onions. The glutinous rice on the outside was crunchy and sticky which added an interesting texture.

On top of what we ordered, they also offer rare parts like chicken testicles, chicken feet meat and achilles tendon. Would also love to have sweet fish if we weren't already too full!
