To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係元朗人唔會唔識嘅車仔麵,唔知點解食咗永年既車仔麵之後返唔到轉頭,食其他車仔麵硬係覺得唔係咁好食，當然係由細食到大啦因為,同埋佢嘅湯底係好香濃嘅藥材味睇返原來佢個湯底都有好多種藥材一齊煲，再加埋佢嘅靈魂辣汁，簡直不得了，每隔一陣都要去食止一止癮啲，我個人覺得最好食係個豬腸豬紅同蘿蔔，所以咁多年都冇轉過餸，可惜人大咗有高膽固醇，所以就將豬紅改為雞翼😂都係一樣咁好食，仲有杯凍檸茶而家甜都唔會苦澀🤭

號碼468，等咗20分鐘，一直企喺櫃檯旁邊，見號碼由461跳到去480，問個職員，佢好快咁遞咗個外賣俾我。好心問吓佢係咪撳漏飛跳咗號，阿姐送你一句擺明係過左啦，係你睇漏咗！下～我企定定20分鐘,好心提你仲要俾人醒，哈哈～想受氣嘅就用20分鐘去換一碗麵贈送挖苦，香港真係多謝你呢d服務質素。

個湯幾入味，嗌咗小麻辣，都好夠辣好香，雞翼尖滷水，都唔錯，入味同埋雞翼尖蟹都有啲肉，啲米線屬於爽滑嗰種個人比較喜歡。個腦嘴豬腸唔錯，滷水味入晒，而且唔係好多肥膏，所以高質。隻流心蛋表面好滑，都有啲蛋黃漏出嚟，雖然唔算好多，魷魚大大塊，爽口冇根，啲菜正正常常，唔老，最後蘿蔔都幾鮮甜冇根，應該之前浸過先，總體不錯，85分😎五個餸加米線$64▫️蘿蔔▫️豬腸▫️雞翼尖▫️魷魚▫️流心蛋湯底🥣▫️小麻辣

中午比較空閑的時間去了永年食午餐，準備想下單的時候個收銀員一句：唔得閒住，之後甚至離開了崗位，差不多離開了了大概10分鐘，最後我都只能夠自己用點餐機去點單，職員就算在忙都不是一句：唔得閒住，是否應該更有禮貌向客人說等待一會，可見職員服務態度沒有進行過培訓

落單前聽到話要等20分鐘，所以一直好有耐性咁等，我排322，後面外賣328，327之類不斷有出單，以前係順序出單，今日D單跳住出，所以我冇去問。直到一個坐喺我隔離遲我15分鐘入場嘅人338已經到左，我先行去counter問，然後counter話漏咗單！成個過程一共浪費咗我40分鐘！
