首推黃金金沙一字排 ,尼道小菜真的超級讚!每一件炸物都炸得既香脆又金黃,外皮酥脆得簡直像金沙一樣,但入口後裡面卻又非常嫩滑多汁。每一口都讓人回味無窮。



另外我最喜愛既栗米斑塊 ,配白飯一流,斑塊鮮嫩多汁,咬下去肉質軟滑。


然後係招牌龍記炸子雞半隻 - 這道炸雞的特色在於皮脆肉嫩,令人難忘。雞肉新鮮,炸後外層酥脆,一口咬下裡面的雞肉卻又鮮嫩多汁,真的是美味極了。



另一招牌私房蟹黃醬海皇炒飯 ,尼款海皇炒飯絕對是餐廳的招牌菜之一。米粒飽滿彈牙,蟹黃醬的香濃鮮甜完美地包裹住米飯和各種新鮮的海鮮,真是一絕!
