龍記小廚非常有名嘅街坊小店,閒日晚上入去都見幾乎全場滿座,裏面好有大排檔嘅氣氛,晚市呢度冇收加一,有每位八蚊嘅茶芥,不過佢個蕎麥茶又真係幾好飲,抵俾🍵睇呢度嘅菜單都係以小菜為主,冇客飯或者碟頭飯,見到菜單有好多選項眼花繚亂,一於就叫個揭開菜單第一頁就見到嘅$388三寶,包括有炸子雞、龍膽腩豆腐煲、時蔬,有魚有肉有菜,均勻又豐富🐟🥩🥬🍗 炸子雞呢味可以話係龍記小廚嘅招牌菜!試咗果然名不虛傳,抵佢出名!三寶係半隻雞,首先隻雞斬得好靚,啖啖肉得嚟又唔會驚食到碎骨,可見師傅刀功一流🔪雞皮炸得金黃酥脆,油香撲鼻,口感好獨特,喺出面好多酒樓餐廳都食唔到咁出色嘅炸皮,連我平時唔太喜歡食雞皮都忍唔住食曬雞肉嫩滑彈牙,雞有雞味,帶住淡淡茶香,食到我直豎拇指👍🏻🐟 龍膽腩豆腐煲上枱時個煲炸炸聲!勁大煙!非常香!睇見都覺得正!「龍膽腩」即係龍膽石斑魚嘅魚肚腩部位,肉質豐腴,富含膠質和油脂,口感Q彈,配搭煎炸後嘅效果更加惹味油香!好鍾意食呢個魚皮,厚身彈性,啖啖骨膠原食到好黏嘴,一流!魚肉嫩滑,一丁兒魚腥味都無豆腐軟滑入味,索哂汁醬,加埋痴住鍋邊嘅少許燶味,美味程度同龍膽腩絕對有得fight!🥬 時蔬聽樓面姐姐講可以揀通菜、白菜仔、芥蘭etc,咁我就揀最王道嘅蒜蓉炒白菜仔!白菜翠綠爽脆,蒜蓉夠多!食完感覺自己呢一餐好均衡飲食好健康😎🤟🏻🦀 私房蟹黃醬海皇炒飯($103)冇飯落肚硬係爭咁啲嘢,龍記炒飯嘅選擇唔多,最特別係呢個咁就試呢個啦!話說我見好多台都有叫豉油王炒麵,應該都係招牌菜,下次有機會我會試🍝呢個炒飯上枱時,面頭有一篤蟹黃醬,配料有翠玉瓜粒、細粒蝦仔、章魚粒,叫得做海皇嚟講呢個陣容就真係削咗少少😅不過炒飯本身炒得幾好,每一粒米飯都包裹住金黃色嘅蟹黃醬,飯粒分明,軟硬適中,味道係幾好食,不過又未至於話下次必定encore嘅驚豔,不過不失啦,主要覺得係個名吹大咗……如果叫私房蟹黃醬海鮮炒飯會fit返啲合理預期雖然本身有收茶芥,但落到嚟隊呢啲香口嘢,點會唔叫啤酒汽水🤭 幫大家望埋㗎喇,汽水啤酒嘅價錢都算係合理,唔好忘記佢不收加一,咁就飲多兩打都唔肉赤啦,係咪先🍻龍記上菜快,樓面姐姐服務態度親切,雖然以街坊小廚嚟講佢定價偏高,但試過就知道係物超所值,好適合一大班麻甩朋友摸住酒杯底,嘆住好西,有講有笑 continue reading

今次同朋友去左龍記小廚食飯,XO醬龍記小炒皇上皇是我此行的重點。這道菜以韭菜花為主料,搭配著新鮮的白飯魚和腰果,再加上特製的XO醬,整體風味相當豐富。韭菜花的嫩滑與白飯魚的脆身形成了鮮明的對比,讓人一口接一口。XO醬的調味恰到好處,不過於濃烈,卻能恰如其分地提升整道菜的層次感,色香味皆備!龍記的招牌炸子雞,這道菜外皮金黃酥脆,咬下去的瞬間,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,令人滿足。椒鹽鮮魷也是一個亮點,魷魚經過精心處理,保留了海鮮的彈性和鮮味,椒鹽的調味更是為這道菜增添了香脆的層次。粟米斑塊的色澤誘人,鮮嫩的魚肉與甜美的粟米,但可惜個汁太稠。蟹黃醬海皇炒飯則是不過不失。 continue reading

藏身聯安街巷弄的「龍記小廚」,沒有網紅店的浮誇裝潢,推門即是撲鼻的豉椒香與鑊鏟碰撞的鏗鏘聲。雖是街坊格局,但冷氣充足,地板乾爽,阿姨收碗抹桌手腳俐落,反而有種港式大排檔的親切感。 提早預定了海鮮慶祝老豆生日,蒸石斑和花雕蛋白蒸蟹非常出色,老闆當日新鮮入貨的,平民價錢食倒酒樓級數,實屬難得!若用米芝蓮標準衡量,龍記或許輸在環境;但論「鑊氣、人情味、性價比」這鐵三角,它絕對是觀塘區的隱藏冠軍。人均$150飽到扶牆,吃完只想搖晃朋友肩膀喊:「點解你仲未試過?!」 continue reading
