這間位於觀塘的【龍記小廚】,主打多款小菜,全部即叫即炒,惹味又夠鑊氣,而且價錢貼地,份量十足。姬松茸燉瘦肉湯原盅燉湯鮮甜無比,有雞件、瘦肉、螺頭及姬松茸等,用料十足。椒鹽蠔仔粒蠔仔完全無腥味,以少許炸漿包裏,炸至金黃香脆,送酒一流。金沙蝦球蝦球表面沾滿了咸蛋王,咸脆惹味。豆腐班腩煲豆腐香滑,班腩肉質雪白無骨,炆至入味。蒜香一字骨排骨炸至香脆,肉質略有咬口,不會太油膩。每日都有特色小菜,亦有特價套餐。 continue reading
