上次同朋友食完呢間小菜好回味,今日女朋友又去土瓜灣做野,啱晒接完佢收工一齊再食過。幾個月前已經聽咗老闆娘係咁同隔離枱推介佢哋嘅蝴蝶魚,所以今次一坐低就即刻叫咗。牛魔王女朋友就叫咗個芥末一口牛,另外就叫咗個蝦煲。即炒小菜最啱就配啤酒啦,藍妹夠晒冰凍正!以為炸魚都需要時間,點知最先上嘅就係椒鹽蝴蝶魚~比自己想像中大條好多,足足有兩隻手掌咁長,炸到金黃色好靚,非常吸睛。魚上邊鋪左青紅椒洋蔥酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,開胃又提鮮。炸嘅火候好準確,筷子一夾外邊脆卜卜卡卡聲,但入面嘅魚肉依然細緻嫩滑!原來蝴蝶魚係肉嫩鮮甜而且冇細骨,唔識食有骨魚嘅女朋友都讚好!芥末一口牛又係份量十足!芥末味夠刺激而唔過鹹。牛肉有脂肪根位,有咬口而且牛脂香味濃重。連薯仔都好入味,咁香口惹味嘅菜式,即刻要返碗飯先夠完美。干扁粉絲蝦碌煲粉絲煙靭入味,蝦碌新鮮爽彈。如果豉油汁入邊加返少少辣椒就更加惹味啦。總括嚟講呢間小菜館水準高,而且部份小菜有特色,下次去開附近都會返食。

土瓜灣一直是庶民美食天堂這種街坊小店別具風味是日餐廳推薦原條烤魚鍋烤魚鍋有麻辣及酸辣之選天氣炎熱我選了酸辣開開胃問過老闆原來是魽魚雖然是河鮮但無泥味無腥味魚肉肉質很滑鮮甜美味配有酸菜冬瓜金菇和荳卜增加口感還加了大份芫茜在上面連湯放在爐上枱現場烹煮味道微酸帶辛辣十分惹味另外點了酥炸生蠔半打老版説是用上廣島蠔呷一口果然鮮美沒有半點腥味脆槳鬆化香口作餐前小吃最適合不過蒜香骨是比較失色的一環雖然很入味但肉質很乾柴及稍硬可能炸得有點過火了充滿本土味道的一頓晚膳土瓜灣其實還有許多小店等待你我去發掘

雖然很入味但肉質很乾柴及稍硬
可能炸得有點過火了
充滿本土味道的一頓晚膳
土瓜灣其實還有許多小店等待你我去發掘

早幾天去朋友家打遊戲機,打完後就在樓下的餐廳醫醫肚子,朋友知道我喜歡吃豬手,所以就跟著他走吧。餐牌上的食物蠻多,但有一些精選推介不在餐廳上。椒鹽軟殼蟹外面炸得很酥脆,令軟殼蟹吃起來很香口,肉汁飽滿。鐵板黑椒咸豬手上枱後,先淋一下黑椒汁,肥瘦部份滿均勻,肉質十分嫰口,是我最喜歡的口感個人覺得黑椒味更濃會更佳。啫啫芥蘭煲吃一個芥蘭煲減減油膩感,炒得夠火喉,不會炒得太淋。Somesby(Apple)想不到這裡也有Somesby(Apple),那麼熱,喝一下是必須的。

很久沒有來過這裡吃東西,自從頂手後,由上海菜轉為小菜,裝修格局跟之前的食肆,沒有太大分別,無特別裝修過,普通小廚的樣子。茶餐有沙律、三文治、公仔麵、麵包、炒粉麵,都有廿幾種選擇,我揀了干炒牛河配合凍鴛鴦,共$36。凍鴛鴦的茶味及咖啡味都唔濃,仲好甜。干炒牛河的河粉炒得好濕,雖然有少少鍋氣,不過味道不算凸出,牛肉醃過,沒有甚麼味道,整體來說,只是一般。網上見到很多好評都是晚飯時段,有機會試試晚餐如何,希望和下午茶不一様。
