今晚家中停電,要跟老公出街吃晚飯。放工後,就去了荃灣周圍逛。平時我很少去荃灣的,逛到有個地方原來有好多食肆,像大排檔一樣。看到一間頗新的餐廳,於是就選這間吧。餐廳的桌子及椅子是木做的,環境清潔乾淨。來到的時候都已見有好幾枱客人。打開餐牌,原來這間是吃潮州嘢。近來沒有甚麼湯水,看到有燉湯餐牌,所以點了個嘗嘗,我們還點了幾個小炒。是日燉湯是花膠螺頭湯,一盅已足夠兩小口。這個湯真的是真材實料。有雞腳,瘦肉,花膠,螺頭及杞子。湯很甜,花膠很淋,這個湯對女性非常好。看到隔離桌點了個蒜蓉椒絲炒通菜,樣子很好,我們就點了這個。通菜處理得不錯,炒得青綠爽口,不太鹹,很香,份量都多,夠鑊氣。老公知道我喜歡吃椒鹽的餸菜,他點了椒鹽九肚魚給我。這個餸很香口,少脆,調味剛好,咬落去很軟熟,少許骨仔,炸粉不厚,好味。潮州嘢當然要點一個醬滷鵝,這隻鵝一點都不肥,我喜歡瘦的。雖然是瘦,但都容易咬開,不太韌。最底還有幾塊滷豆腐,醬汁可以,不是十分鹹,覺得不錯。這麼多餸,當然要來一個白飯。白飯軟熟,不硬,幾好。吃潮州嘢,天氣熱辣辣,啤酒一定不可少,要一支大啤。啤酒沒有甚麼特別,基本上每間食肆都一樣。啤酒夠凍,還可以。走

都好耐冇食過小菜了,多數小菜份量太多今次兩個人食揀左潮醉館,好多選擇👍🏻打頭陣黎左個紅燒籠中bb鴿子淨係個樣已經好驚喜~岩岩炸起果層皮脆卜卜真係好正🥰bb鴿既肉當然係少啲,不過就相對嫩滑好多!仲有同樣都係咁熱氣既牙簽雞🤣唔知點解用左牙簽逐粒拮住就好似特別矜貴咁,平時食一兜炸雞會覺得好heavy, 但牙簽雞炸得岩岩好,配埋泰式辣醬食完一粒又一粒😛由於太鍾意既關係,我地叫完欖菜肉碎四季豆又叫多個欖菜肉碎炒飯😂兩樣都炒得好有穫氣呀!係炒飯較乾身,連埋其他送一齊食就岩岩好👍🏻小菜既bonus就係有盅頭燉湯😍而哩個花膠螺頭炖雞湯都非常足料,有桂圓所以甜味都好夠,飲落就知無味精🤪兩個人黎食定係一大班人都好適合~

整體嚟講呢間潮州打冷舖嘅食物味道唔錯, 而且環境舒適, 有送酒嘅菜式,亦有傳統嘅味道,有新潮嘅設計,亦有古香嘅環境,無論打卡定聚舊都係一個唔錯嘅聚腳點👍

今日去咗醉潮館食晚飯, 個名一睇就知食潮州嘢, 但係今日我破格 完全冇叫到潮州嘢食 叫了四川 口水雞、一個麻辣烤魚、 一盅滋陰補腎的 花膠螺頭燉雞!口水雞非常之好味、 又麻又辣 、完全稱得上表表姐、 雞又滑又新鮮、 一啖雞、一啖麻辣醬, 簡直食到味蕾都有多種層次, 完全稱得上 皇牌口水雞!至於麻辣烤魚, 就真係不得了, 嫩嫩的魚, 配上麻辣汁加上秘製清湯, 完全將整條魚浸在這個麻辣醬上, 烤魚又非常之有魚味,又新鮮, 完全一點魚腥味也沒有,加上它秘製的麻辣湯底,將整個魚的鮮甜更加提升! 我都是第一次食這麼大的麻辣烤魚 ,但胃口大的我卻將整條魚食完,真的是一餐原味無窮的麻辣宴!食完二个麻辣餸,最後就飲了-個滋陰補腎的花膠螺頭湯 ,個湯有花膠、螺頭 、杞子 ,每啖湯都有好重的雞味及螺頭的海鮮清甜, 簡直將全晚的餸菜更推上一層樓!下次我都要預返胃口再食其他東西!

至於麻辣烤魚, 就真係不得了, 嫩嫩的魚, 配上麻辣汁加上秘製清湯, 完全將整條魚浸在這個麻辣醬上, 烤魚又非常之有魚味,又新鮮, 完全一點魚腥味也沒有,加上它秘製的麻辣湯底,將整個魚的鮮甜更加提升! 我都是第一次食這麼大的麻辣烤魚 ,但胃口大的我卻將整條魚食完,真的是一餐原味無窮的麻辣宴!
