早兩日同同事傾開計,知道三坡坊新開咗間潮州打冷,同事食過話好味,啲嘢抵食大大份,叫我去試試。趁男朋友呢日開會,早咗放工可以過嚟公司接埋我,就一齊落荃灣食飯。餐廳位於三坡坊最入位置,裝修乾淨簡潔,以中國風為主,木枱木櫈,感覺舒適自在。本草湯目顧名思義係一本煲湯嘅Menu。Menu食物選擇多,滷水,小炒,海鮮,鐵板燒,應有盡有。⭐️紅燒籠中bb鴿子 ($48)賣相精美有特色,隨鳥籠上菜。附上醋/淮鹽,點醋食可減低油膩感。上枱時已經聞到香氣,趁熱落手食最滋味😋入口肉香四溢,肉質超嫩,肉汁豐富。⭐️椒鹽鮮魷 ($78)$78大大碟,見到都覺得抵食,面層大量炸蒜,食落香濃惹味,鮮魷炸得金黃香脆,但無任何多餘油份👍🏻食落外脆內軟,鮮魷軟身有彈性,一啲都唔韌。⭐️醬滷鵝 ($128)潮洲打冷其中一個重要嘅菜式-滷水,今次我地就揀咗醬滷鵝💁🏻‍♀️潮式滷水必配蒜醋,呢到嘅蒜醋於我而言蒜味唔夠濃,可能因為我係重口味人🙆🏻😂滷水香醇幽香,食落唔咸唔渴,有好濃厚嘅滷水香氣。醬滷鵝已同滷水融為一體,好入味,肉味香濃,肉質嫩滑,越食越滋味😋⭐️傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙 ($88)蠔餅香酥唔油膩,食落外層好鬆脆,入面軟滑得嚟帶點煙韌
