昨天是我的生日,女友和我到西貢星吃一頓簡簡單單的晚飯慶祝。我點了我至愛的法包焗咖哩雞。這道咖哩雞其實並不辣,雞肉非常嫩滑,而且雞肉裝滿整個法包。除了雞肉外,法包也是重點。法包上蘸滿咖哩雞汁,非常惹味。她選了法式牛柳粒拌西蘭花。本來對這道菜沒有甚麼幻想,想不到鑊氣十足,牛柳粒既香口又鬆軟,蕃茄入饌也感受到那份火候。西蘭花雖然大棵,卻沒有煮得太硬,都很軟很易入口。我們又要了一客蝦乾雞柳籠仔飯,本來以為五十多元的黃昏套餐只是一人份量,但這籠仔飯的份量足夠兩人食用。要是叫小菜的話,這籠仔飯三四個人吃也可以。蝦乾味道濃郁,卻沒有搶了竹籠的香味,雞柳的淡淡鮮雞味也襯出蝦乾的風味,非常好吃。

近年鱔魚產量大減, 街市買一條動輒二三百元, 現在只需$118, 就有八件大大件的燒鱔, 我認為好超值!
鱔魚外皮燒得金黃香脆, 與葡式燒風鱔有一拼呢! 而魚肉部份則很厚身和肥美, 質素甚佳, 口感特別豐潤柔軟. 沒有太多細骨, 可以一整塊的吃下, 而完全不用吐骨. 鱔魚上面鋪滿炸蒜, 好惹味!
最”精警”的是附上的汁醬, 味道集酸甜辣於一身, 亦有魚露濃郁而鮮美的味道, 能夠提升鱔魚的鮮味.

去第一城俾野個朋友,俾完之後就去搵間雨午茶食啦,見到e間都幾旺,於是就入去試下啦!見到個餐牌,款式都幾多,自己就叫左個 生牛河粉。個粉到左之後,個賣相都唔錯,配料香料都好充足,一開始飲左啖湯,湯好香,之後就試下d牛肉,牛肉熟度剛剛好,唔太生,又唔太熟,好好口感,河粉又唔太淋,全碗野都好好食,再加少少辣椒粉就更能帶出香味,最後我連湯都飲埋。唔錯唔錯!

個粉到左之後,個賣相都唔錯,配料香料都好充足,一開始飲左啖湯,湯好香,之後就試下d牛肉,牛肉熟度剛剛好,唔太生,又唔太熟,好好口感,河粉又唔太淋,全碗野都好好食,再加少少辣椒粉就更能帶出香味,最後我連湯都飲埋。唔錯唔錯!

西貢星晚市去,order 特式咖喱炒飯同蟹杍蟹肉炒飯。前者ok,夠味,又香,都ok足料,$5x ,價錢都ok。後者$6x,唔夠料,都唔知係咪去到夜晚d野用得7788. 蟹籽好少啦,蟹肉幼細到一個點,唔認真睇下都搵唔到,喊出來。同埋成個飯都係偏淡,硬系好似差d 差d咁樣,唔系好開胃。佢有推廣價既沙冰,果晚系香蕉冰同利賓納沙冰,$14,我試左香蕉冰。 Ummm….好濃,有香蕉味。但係好似無落糖咁,完全依賴香蕉既甜味。但香蕉明顯唔夠甜。

泰式炒金邊粉 $50: 6.5分, 其實我一向幾喜歡吃Pad Thai的, 是晚沒有甚麼心水, 那就來客Pad Thai吧. 份量是不少的, 不過炒得太濕了, 不夠乾身, 金邊粉不太爽口. 但就是幾惹味的, 帶點辣勁, 夜了, 吃點香口一點的食物, 會是更開胃的.

唔知係咪因為星期五晚, 個個happy friday, 所以都幾多人, 好彩去到時仲有last張2人枱, 雖然枱與枱之間冇乜距離, 其實同搭枱都差不多, 不過有位好過冇位啦~~佢有幾款係抽出來做晚餐, 為免傷腦筋, 响呢度選2樣就算~ 三杯班腩配白飯我印象記得"三杯"係辣的, 但問過伙計話唔係好辣, 於是一試, 點知辣都不特止, 仲好鹹, 凍咗仲更加鹹, 好彩係跟白飯, 可以溝淡一下......不過佢個班腩都唔算好厚粉, 但少咗d啫~ 越式炒烏冬越式即係有札肉、雞肉、蛋絲等, 睇色水已經知非常濃味, 開頭食都還好, 越食就越鹹, 可能吸哂d汁掛? 熱檸茶細細杯, 有4片檸檬, 今次d茶冇咁苦澀, 反而覺得仲好飲

成日經過都想幫襯下佢個下午茶, 但超多人, 咁啱今日早咗少少先有位, 終於試到佢個下午茶, 大致上都唔錯, 怪唔之得咁多人幫襯啦~~ 香茅牛肉撈檬我開頭仲以為係打爐果d肥牛tim~~ 但原來唔係, 係真係牛肉, 而且唔係好肥, 亦都比想像中多~檬粉好彩唔係碎濕濕, 撈埋d碌冧一齊食, 唔錯, 但如果d檬粉凍d會更加好食~ 馬拉盞炒飯 一放上枱時已經聞到好香馬拉盞味, 不過食落又唔係好勁, 所以唔會過鹹, 味道啱啱好, 而且炒得好乾身, 又唔油, 正~ 熱檸茶雖然細杯, 但有成4-5片檸檬, 夠哂夠料, 所以好夠檸味, 可以沖多幾杯飲tim~
