又到星期三,又要去沙田工作,又要諗食乜.... 諗就唔係難嘅,不過做嘢做到下晝4點先得閒食飯,其實已經肚餓到人都食得落,應該求其食啲嘢算數。不過本住食嘢唔可以求其嘅精神,而且做到咁晏唔係是但食呀嘛!於是行.... 行勻成個商場,唯一從未喺其他地方見過嘅餐廳就係呢間,唉行到腳都軟,又突然好想飲椰青,就呢度啦,唔諗喇 話哂都已經4點鐘,就真係冇乜客㗎喇,座位都幾舒適啦,尤其是企足幾個鐘,真係但求有個位坐吓㗎咋....攰到死,飲杯茶先。幾好飲喎,似之前喺柬埔寨飲過嘅班蘭茶!噢原來唔係,係泰籍員工喺中式茶入面加入泰式香料,咁特別,飲多幾杯先串燒沙嗲牛柳($68)樂樂鍾意啖啖肉,所以叫個串燒牛柳試吓先。串燒即燒即食,哇係4大大舊熱辣辣又香噴噴嘅牛柳啊!牛柳全部起晒筋,加上香料及燒汁等燒到全熟,牛肉味香濃而且好juicy。平時食牛扒一定唔會全熟,但相反牛柳串燒一定要全熟先會軟身,怪不得就算牛柳咁大舊都唔會韌啦!點啲沙嗲汁,點少少微辣嘅濃郁沙爹汁,好味啊!不過我唔食得辣,點得唔多,樂樂就食到lam lam脷 越式生熟牛河($52)越式牛河嘅靈魂就係湯底,呢度嘅湯底清澈唔混濁,有香料及牛肉嘅香但係唔

越式牛河嘅靈魂就係湯底,呢度嘅湯底清澈唔混濁,有香料及牛肉嘅香但係唔算油膩;河粉比平時魚蛋粉嗰啲幼細;除咗有牛腩片外,又有鮮嫩牛肉片,配料充足,夠晒份量,我哋兩個人食夠晒

既然咁特別,樂樂今日又未飲咖啡,所以叫個試吓先!一開始杯入面只有一層白色煉奶,滴咗幾分鐘啲咖啡就已經滴晒落去喇,變成兩層,上層係咖啡,最底層係煉奶,層次分明。由於有煉奶嘅關係,所以唔洗加糖都OK。咖啡香濃,不過味道偏甜
