經過朋友介紹, 就走去試下新野 - 碰碰麵!外面望到佢個招牌有d簡陋, 先入為主咁覺得唔好對今餐抱太大期望.. 但凡事都唔可以以貌取人!佢張餐牌形式同車仔麵好類似; 都係揀麵底, 湯, 食法同餸. 我分別揀左佢主打既蝦子生麵, 胡椒豬骨湯, 麻辣撈同埋雞絲($32!)果然, 蝦子生麵好爽口, 加上麻辣醒醒胃, 胡椒豬骨湯又可以中和下, 配撘味道都唔錯! 但係相對雞絲就比較"鞋"同埋碎左少少~另外, 朋友就叫左個這讚歧烏冬, 胡椒豬骨湯, 秘製醬油撈, 叫左瑞士雞翼同魚肉春卷($40)呢款既秘制醬汁加上讚歧烏冬都唔錯, 佢地自製既魚肉春卷都幾特別, 外脆內軟~最值得一提既就係餐廳會提供免費既自製酸蘿蔔比客人, 係等緊上菜既時候可以食下一啲開胃既小食整體黎講, 餐廳既食物款式同質素都非常好, 等候時間5-10分鐘, 下次有機會既話都一定會返黎再食!

撈海哲十分爽脆, 不過冇乜味…而且十分似係即食海哲…叫左兩碗撈面面質, 很特別好似張超多既面粉搓壓而成, 入口感覺到個 “厚”度. 而且食食下超飽面質有咬口, 唔韌, 唔會黏黏的, 不過掛唔到幾多漿油味, 可能因為面身太heavy3送個款豬腸 - 夠淋唔韌夠入味, 唔錯!豬皮 – 多毛, 夠煙韌, 唔會過淋, 不過唔夠味羅白 - 夠淋, OK甜, 不過都係唔夠味配菜的雲耳爽口, 西蘭花都唔會太硬/生鮑魚 – 好入味! 有咬口! 質感好! 唔錯唔錯!大花菇 – 肥大肉厚, 夠入味, GOOD!唔知點解明明強調冇加味精,但係個雞湯超級勁味精既味道及感覺, 冇加都可以出現呢個效果真係厲害..

For added $4, an ice drink could be added.

Restaurant is very clean. Food is healthy yet underseasoned. Price range was $50 for a plate of lo-mein and portion size was quite small. Not enough for someone with a large appetite. For Mong Gok area, there are much more places offering larger portion size for a cheaper price with better quality. Thus, not value for money. Will not return.

蝦子都蕩然無存…
但肉眼是見到有蝦子的…
也許是敗筆之處吧…

週末的晚上七時多,純粹想不用等位隨便吃個簡單晚餐,見這家看上乾乾淨淨的,便入内試試。由於本身喜歡吃麵,見蝦子麵是主打,便點了至愛麻辣撈配大花菇、牛肉餅和手絲雞,原來另外還可以選泰式清雞湯或胡椒豬骨湯,便要了後者。等候不久便有得吃,看上去好像有點兒少,但一撈起麵,發覺麵餅好實,搞開就唔少,吃上去更有驚喜,因麻辣撈並沒有辣度選擇,原本沒什麼期望但吃落卻非常夠味,更看到不少原粒花椒,麻得舌頭都痹掉,過癮!至於麵,其實我並不鍾情蝦子麵,所以是否有蝦子味不太重要,反而那爽爽的麵質令我非常滿意,餸亦唔錯,餐牌註明絕對不用味精,如果屬實,味道可說相當不錯!唯一不太合口味是那湯,有很濃的豬腸味,不是我那杯茶!一碗三餸麵、一碗蚊型湯加一杯凍檸茶(本來想叫山楂冰沒供應😓)吃完竟飽得想吃了一大碗飯,也是另一驚喜,下次會試試烏冬😋

爸爸相對起兩母子叫的材料反倒就"清"得多了。牛肉餅是輕易地在一眾配料中突圍而出,是極爽彈之外沒羶味牛香濃烈;菜肉餃看上去似是像雲吞多一點,菜啄得細碎量多但肉的調味是未太夠之餘也有點筋頗難咬;木耳則十分的爽脆....

和她倆吃的不同是小弟要了所謂的馬尾粉絲。粉絲同樣有用甜醬油預先撈過的,粉絲本身處理得甚具咬勁煙齦,不錯.....

另外湯底也是完全不同風格的胡椒豬骨湯。味的確頗辛而辣的甚刺激且亦存在著豬骨熬出來的甜味。一向不愛將湯撈進麵內吃的我,索性拿起整碗湯直灌進肚子裡去....

這裡的蝦子麵是招牌麵,爽口彈牙,牛腩也軟林好吃,非常入味,害我連吃了兩個相同的餐。。。好飽好飽!!!而豬骨湯比以前好喝了,沒有了豬毑除,味道濃而偏咸,不大碗,剛好!絕對是個好吃的麵店~值得一試呵。

這裡的蝦子麵是招牌麵,
爽口彈牙,
牛腩也軟林好吃,
非常入味,
害我連吃了兩個相同的餐。。。
好飽好飽!!!
而豬骨湯比以前好喝了,
沒有了豬毑除,
味道濃而偏咸,
不大碗,
剛好!

絕對是個好吃的麵店~
值得一試呵。

碰碰麵, 個名同個logo都好得意。落單要自己圈,先揀麵,有蝦子麵,米粉,粉絲同烏冬。然後揀湯,有海鮮湯同胡椒豬骨湯。跟住就係揀餸,好多野揀,有唔同既丸,魚肉春卷,花菇,牛腩等等,有D似車仔麵。唔想自己揀可以叫餐,有咖喱牛肉撈麵,鮑魚撈麵等等幾個餐,包埋前菜同餐飲。雖然佢最出名係蝦子麵,試左友人個碗冇蝦子味,好似冇乜特別,於是叫左秘製醬油撈粉絲。粉絲配埋椰菜,木耳同芽菜,感覺健康。醬汁淡到冇味,粉絲又乾又痴埋一舊舊,份量好細。 唯有加D湯落去一齊食。粉絲咁差,估唔到胡椒豬骨湯幾好喎! 好香胡椒,辣得好惹味,總算搭救少少印象分。友人話牛腩唔錯,本人覺得准山比較特別,車仔麵唔會食到,佢分喺湯入面上,味道清新,口感幾爽。

日本拉麵在香港可謂已經進入白熱化的階段,身邊已經有很多朋友去試一蘭拉麵。半夜不睡去排二三個小時就為吃一碗拉麵,值得麼?不評論。不過,任何東西要我等,萬萬不能。所以,我出外會乘地鐵,買瑣碎物會用八達通。人生苦短,扣除每天八小時睡眠時間,已經所剩無幾,有時候等著等著,青春就溜走。碰碰麵,店名頗有趣,不過試試才知是龍是鳳。上午來到,大約八成滿,找個位置坐下後,就立即點菜。小吃拼盤先來,HKD 35 三款,每款都是自選,而且賣相也很精美。由上而下,芥末芒果沙津,芒果甜甜的,拌以芥末沙津,不會很嗆鼻,口感清新。蟹子醉蛋以蟹子點綴,入口很重酒香,未必人人可以接受。皮蛋肉鬆豆腐,皮蛋質地柔韌,蛋味豐厚,豆腐很滑,非一般的滑。貪慕虛榮的我點了份鮮鮑魚撈蝦子生麵,當然我也不期望是什麼鮑,反正人家已經開宗明義。鮮鮑與鮮甜兩字扯不上,但就有嚼勁,且質地爽口彈牙。至於主角蝦子生麵,是沒有經過乾燥制成,口感吃起上來柔軟有彈性。元貝花菇撈蝦子生麵,元貝雖然不致於很肥美,但就非常鮮甜,肉質更是結實爽彈,絕對沒有欺場。花菇也是另一亮點,肉厚色淺,且菇味濃郁。

貪慕虛榮的我點了份鮮鮑魚撈蝦子生麵,當然我也不期望是什麼鮑,反正人家已經開宗明義。鮮鮑與鮮甜兩字扯不上,但就有嚼勁,且質地爽口彈牙。至於主角蝦子生麵,是沒有經過乾燥制成,口感吃起上來柔軟有彈性。

元貝花菇撈蝦子生麵,元貝雖然不致於很肥美,但就非常鮮甜,肉質更是結實爽彈,絕對沒有欺場。花菇也是另一亮點,肉厚色淺,且菇味濃郁。

五分鐘, 撈麵上場, 份量也不差, 一邊是牛腩, 有肉也有筋, 一邊是麵, 比平時的生麵較粗, 有一撮銀芽, 於是便取枱面的調味料, 預備撈之. 怎料那蓋子是十分緊, 以為是不懂操作, 揭不開, 擰不開, 研究了一會, 用盡吃奶之力, 才卒久擰開, 用匙更挑了兩更, 便開始撈麵.
問題來了, 這碟麵根本沒有汁液, 如何撈? 蝦子嘛, 從以前的食評知道, 是已經打在麵條中, 不像坊間, 如劉森記般, 酒在麵條上. 這裡是吃蝦子不見蝦子的. 有什麼好處? 是根本沒有蝦子味. 要注意的是, 本人是專誠試這蝦子味的.
撈好後, 阿姐經過, 看見調味盒只是隨意蓋上, 便取起用力擰實, 哈哈! 怪不得我剛才擰不開!!!
她又說我下了這麼多, 很辣的! 我一試, 原來只有丁丁點辣, 如實回應, 她說很佩服本人吃得辣, 其實真的不算辣. 繼續吃下去, 麵是乾乾的, 沒有牛腩的原汁. 沒有跟上的湯底, 蝦子味欠奉, 辣味小小. 很怪!
牛腩嘛, 這主角也很差, 當然是雪貨, 這價錢也不可以苛求吧, 以本人的牙齒力也僅能克服那硬度和韌度, 沒有傳統炆牛腩的柔軟腍滑感.
總結來說, 這碟撈麵是十分失敗的, 可幸的是味道還可接受.
一邊努力咀嚼, 一邊環顧四周, 看見店主人在牆壁上吹噓他的創新做作, 不禁為他的白費努力而可惜. 捉錯用神, 走火入魔了呀. 吃完這令牙齒充分運動的麵, 侍應小哥還問在下要不要其他小吃. 當然是不敢領教了.
Other Info. : 現在人人都要搞創新. 其實創新是好, 不過有時不是那麼容易有突破和受歡迎的. 有些食制經過千百年的傳統, 有生存的條件. 胡亂搞這沒有汁液的撈麵, 令客人不敢回頭. 有何用? 乾乾的撈麵, 調味料都與麵條格格不入, 沒有粘著力, 跌到碟底, 正所謂不和味, 傳統的蒽花也沒有. 上湯亦沒有, 唯一的賣點是蝦子在打麵時已經混入. 但是味道郤欠奉. 失敗!!!
