作為深井居民,呢間先係我既最愛。有朋友嚟香港同佢食呢間!一如既往都係下午餐時段過嚟,泊低駕車就行入嚟食。燒鵝脾瀨係我唯一既至愛。啲瀨粉既湯底,唔會太咸但又唔會無味。啲粉煮到啱啱好唔會一夾就斷曬。我通常加辣椒油,就最惹味。但燒鵝髀唔使講,唔會超肥,肥到食唔到嗰種。肉質又保持到好嫩滑。喺深井食過其他好出名嘅燒鵝,啲肉硬到黐線。。屋企人每次都係鍾意食叉燒豉油雞飯,叉燒汁鹹甜適中。豉油雞好嫩滑! 加埋凍檸茶完美!…Read More
