好耐好耐無出街食,今晚就同幾位老友食呢間細細個就聽過,但從來未去過嘅陳記燒鵝。5人行,叫左一隻燒鵝,如果作為主打菜,有少許失色,燒鵝嘅切口,好多都切唔晒,一夾就伯連續幾舊。而最重要嘅皮,有一半係脆,都算唔差。但燒鵝汁唔錯,用黎撈飯一流。:)砵酒生蠔煲 - 正正常常,唔算太差,上菜時,仲係好熱,正:)西蘭花炒帶子 - 呢個係全晚晒好食嘅小菜,一上菜,無耐就清晒
椒鹽豬手 - 唔算特別,正常發揮:)胡椒豬肚湯 - 呢個值得一試,足料,而且味道啱啱好,胡椒味唔會太搶
