港式茶餐廳就是要有茶餐廳的風味,呢間餐廳真係完全有港式茶餐廳都好有格調。一到晚市時間已經有大部份人入晒座啦!證明大家都好愛呢間餐廳。而餐廳裝潢都富有香港情懷,例如舊式嘅檔鋪等。先點了小食一份,是一口芝士喔。外型有少少似一粒粒的象棋,配合埋沙律醬都好鮮味,而且都好彈牙。咬落去真係有芝士係入面,而口感就係魚旦的感覺,但就充滿了芝士。其實可以不斟醬的,因為都一樣出色。另一款小食當然是瑞士雞翼了,應該是這裡的招牌菜式。雞翼的肉貿嫩滑,配合埋瑞士汁,甜而不膩,而且雞翼都好大隻。主食來了,身為香港人,置身港式冰室,怎能沒有叉燒滑蛋飯呢?果然沒有令我失望,這裡的叉燒與蛋的配合都好夾,炒蛋非常滑,而叉燒是半肥叉。值得推介冰室怎應不試菠蘿冰呢?菠蘿冰非常冰凍,而且粒粒果肉,絕對新鮮解渴。

出去荃灣做完嘢,之後喺附近食嘢,見到樓下冰室裝修幾別緻,所以入咗去。餐廳入面用咗香港街景做主題,裝有香港特色嘅招牌,連路邊嘅欄桿都安裝,帶外國人嚟體驗可能都唔錯。當時大概下午6點15分,茶餐廳竟然仲有下午茶供應!主要係各款麵包類,例如豬仔包、三文治、多士、西多士、熱狗,另外有餃子,同埋佢哋嘅招牌瑞士雞髀等等, 一啲都唔單調。 除咗下午茶餐外,有唔少其他選擇,例如有佢哋嘅招牌蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋。由於仲有下場,所以揀咗個下午茶餐3號:厚切牛乳炒蛋治。其實真係冇咩花巧,好純粹嘅一個蛋治,當然係名副其實炒蛋炒到好厚,而且口感好滑!麵包冇烘底,感覺冇咁熱氣。呢個餐本身有包咖啡或者茶,凍飲加三蚊,特色飲品加十蚊。揀咗個紅豆冰,少冰,味道甜而不膩,控制得幾好;紅豆份量十足,可以 過口癮。埋單只係36蚊    。

喜見大窩口出現樓下冰室,對正荃灣熊貓🐼酒店,愛人同我一於入去食個晏,一坐底當然食樓下冰室五星推介特色蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋,蕃薯茄濃湯帶甜,通粉比起其他一般茶餐餐嘅通粉要細粒,食起上嚟QQ哋,口感非獨特,加埋大大隻瑞士雞脾,成個餐加埋嘅分量,真係唔細;平時去荃灣嗰間,愛人都必叫金牌咖哩牛腩飯,嚟到大窩口新店佢都話要食,想食下係唔係一樣,咖哩膽有少少出入,同樣好味,係個牛腩炆得唔夠淋,最後嗰舊見佢放棄左,不過薯仔連汁都無得留低;炸韮菜餃子,$33有八隻,size唔細,食得韮菜餃,主角一定係韮菜,至怕D韮菜餃豬肉多過韮菜,樓下冰室就好正,韮菜餡多,咬落脹卜卜嘅炸餃子,入邊大部份都係翠綠又香嘅韮菜,美中不足只係餃子皮比較厚;餐飲加左少少錢升級變特飮,因為話梅柑桔蜜及華田脆脆真係好好飮🤤

未幾又有位年輕少女過搭枱, 佢落完單一陣有個侍應走埋問佢喺咪落咗5杯奶茶, 佢抓哂頭唔知點答佢, 我見到咁都忍唔住要幫口, 話佢人哋得一個人坐喺度, 點會叫5杯嘢嚟, 指指個頭(心想話佢 xxxxxxx?)

由這間茶記開始裝修, 圍板寫喺會開樓下冰屋, 我仲好高興, 諗住好嘢第二時唔洗行去路德圍咁遠食佢哋啲蕃茄通
點知我嚟過4次, 次次啲侍應都會落錯單, 但食物質素都可以故仲會再嚟, 因為我好喜歡蕃茄湯底, 點知今日連呢樣唯一優點都無埋, 真心唔會再去受氣囉
最後, 我去埋單時見到個收銀男人, 之前見佢成日四圍行,估佢喺老闆就問佢喺唔喺, 佢答喺我就問佢可唔可以同佢影張相, 想寫食評用, 佢諗咗一陣話都喺唔好, 畀錢後忍唔住同佢講你真喺好彩, 請到班咁好員工! (內心喺話佢哋咁幫手趕客

如果將香港所有的冰室加埋一齊,我諗d企鵝已經可以移民來港了。雖然周街都係冰室,但唔係間間都有品質保證。夜晚去開荃灣買嘢,見到新開張的樓下冰室立刻入去食個晚飯。之前已經在路德圍吃過原店,食物質素確不錯有新店當然也要試試。這冰室特色食物都唔少。其中出名應該是瑞士雞翼, 濃番茄湯底滑蛋螺絲粉。點了濃湯番茄配牛肉和菠菜芝士,蕃茄湯底夠晒蕃茄味但又不會過酸和過咸,最緊要湯粉來到時還是熱辣辣的。牛肉有質感有咬口,不是梳打粉牛肉。朋友叫了雞扒蓮藕餅蔥油飯蓮藕餅味道很好,肉餅鬆軟但一點也不漏。招牌瑞士雞翼真的要推介。吃過外面很多瑞士雞翼都似滷水雞翼,但這間瑞士汁很正宗,帶甜而且香濃,本人連吃了兩隻也覺好味。飲品也很特別紅豆奶茶味道原來很夾,下次可以試埋紅豆咖啡!
