如果將香港所有的冰室加埋一齊,我諗d企鵝已經可以移民來港了。雖然周街都係冰室,但唔係間間都有品質保證。夜晚去開荃灣買嘢,見到新開張的樓下冰室立刻入去食個晚飯。之前已經在路德圍吃過原店,食物質素確不錯有新店當然也要試試。這冰室特色食物都唔少。其中出名應該是瑞士雞翼, 濃番茄湯底滑蛋螺絲粉。點了濃湯番茄配牛肉和菠菜芝士,蕃茄湯底夠晒蕃茄味但又不會過酸和過咸,最緊要湯粉來到時還是熱辣辣的。牛肉有質感有咬口,不是梳打粉牛肉。朋友叫了雞扒蓮藕餅蔥油飯蓮藕餅味道很好,肉餅鬆軟但一點也不漏。招牌瑞士雞翼真的要推介。吃過外面很多瑞士雞翼都似滷水雞翼,但這間瑞士汁很正宗,帶甜而且香濃,本人連吃了兩隻也覺好味。飲品也很特別紅豆奶茶味道原來很夾,下次可以試埋紅豆咖啡!
