最近疫情緩和,可以放心少少同屋企人出去行街食飯不過為咗安全起見,都係揀咗啲環境相對衛生嘅餐廳喺商場度望入去,見到呢間餐廳有先幫客人探熱,裏面嘅座位都唔會太逼,所以就揀咗呢度食午餐呢度推介蕃茄湯底嘅麵食,有幾款粉麵款式可以選擇,配料款式嘅種類都好多想飽肚啲嘅,見到有焗飯、意粉等等可以揀唔知係咪因為天氣開始熱,見餐牌有提供泡飯同味道香辣嘅菜式蕃茄濃湯螺絲粉配吉列豬扒因為唔太肚餓,所以揀咗湯粉試下湯底蕃茄味濃郁,螺絲粉煮得剛剛好唔太淋最滿意係吉列豬扒,豬扒大大塊,外層脆漿唔會過厚,炸出嚟香脆好味,內裏依然保留到少少肉汁,冇諗過一個普通嘅茶餐都做得咁出色焗芝士肉醬熱狗麵包同配料一齊焗,所以食到麵包嘅香脆肉醬嘅蕃茄酸甜味剛剛好,非常開胃,再加上香濃芝士味道,呢個熱狗非常好味口水雞(例牌)對呢個口水雞抱住一試嘅心態,畢竟呢度唔係做外省菜不過意想不到嘅係,呢款口水雞嘅調味夠曬香濃 ,麻辣味十足,連平時唔太食辣嘅我都忍唔住多食幾件雞焗芝士肉醬薯角因為呢度嘅肉醬真係好惹味,所以另外叫咗呢款小食雖然話係小食,不過份量非常多,薯角香脆,上面鋪咗滿滿嘅肉醬同芝士,就算唔食飯,就咁食呢個小食都非常滿足華田脆脆食咗咁多鹹食,飲番杯甜甜地嘅飲品就剛剛好加咗脆脆嘅關係,呢杯華田嘅口感比平時更豐富呢度雖然只係做平常嘅港式食物,但質素比想像中好相信下次再嚟附近行街都會想再返嚟呢度食飯 continue reading

疫情肆虐,公司都迫令大家在家工作,早午晚三餐都不走遠,就近近地在樓下解決。    老媽要食飯,點了楜椒豬肚雞湯飯,想不到份量比預期中多,超大碗,料好多,足夠二人食!豬肚厚切,雞肉嫩滑,仲有不少枝竹。湯底濃之餘仲有微辣楜椒味,凍凍地食完十分暖身,以50零蚊的價錢黎講,真係超值!    我點了茄通配瑞士雞脾,雞脾一如以往,無令人失望,上枱肥美飽滿,秘製豉油令它閃閃發光!醃得入味,每一啖都係肉,爽快至極。我著實愛死個瑞士汁,就咁撈碗白飯都得!     茄通又係大大碗,中間有煎蛋,蛋仲要嫩滑!湯底濃郁,份量超多!多到我食唔晒!    老弟點了個炸豬扒沙律和厚蛋治!豬扒有成塊面咁大,口感鬆化,配沙律正好消滯!    蛋治個蛋很有質素,嫩滑juicy,偷了老弟一件黎食,將茄通和他交換,叫佢包底。    樓下冰室說實話真係大件夾抵食,加上價錢親民,難怪疫症期間,仲有咁多人幫襯!   continue reading

今晚同兩個朋友係荃灣荃薈商場地下既樓下冰室晚餐!餐廳裝修充滿懷舊風味,環境乾淨衛生,看上去也很新淨,門口有餐牌,睇相已經好吸引,圖片唔止參考,同上枱時一樣,好真實餐牌選擇好多,好多款都勁想試我地最終點既都係餐廳既招牌名物奶茶紅豆冰:紅豆夠淋,茶味香,很夾!華田脆脆:超濃郁,很滑,甜度剛好!潤牛滑蛋蕃茄公仔麵蕃茄湯底系列真係必吃之選,喜歡蕃茄既真係唔可以錯過湯底非常濃郁鮮甜,麵質煮得剛好,配上牛肉豬潤及滑蛋,令人回味無窮招牌瑞士雞脾又係不能錯過,未食上枱已經聞到濃濃既瑞士汁香味,雞脾非常入味、肉厚而且肉質嫩滑,超正炸韭菜餃呢個有驚喜,比想像中好食,雖然是炸,但一d都唔乾,皮薄又脆,粒粒飽滿而且韮菜滿滿的芝士西蘭花冰室炒意粉整體食物水準高,價錢經濟,性價比高 continue reading

近年興懷舊,冰室餐廳越開越多。今晚就來荃灣接朋友收工,順便去她公司附近的這間「樓下冰室」吃晚餐。冰室內盡是舊香港的設計,兒時回憶頓時湧上心頭。蕃茄控必點的茄湯通粉,茄湯稠身的質感,感覺下了大量蕃茄湯。味道酸甜,但未有想像中的濃郁。牛乳炒蛋香滑,蛋香奶香並重。點了豬潤作配餸,口感爽滑。圖片看到已十分吸引,原來實物也不弱。份量大碟,舖上了4小塊豬扒,再淋上鮮茄和芝士烤焗。豬扒預先醃製煎香,香口惹味。焗飯用了炒飯底,飯粒乾爽分明,又有蛋香味。配上鮮茄汁,酸酸甜甜很快就吃去大半盤。冰室必點瑞士雞翼,瑞士汁把雞翼醃成深啡色,入口甜甜的。雞翼肉質有點老,也許時間浸得有得長。非常健康的點了一碟娃娃菜,浸著雞湯的娃娃菜味道頗為清甜。特色飲品是冰室的招牌項目之一。今次點了紅綠椰冰:椰汁配上紅豆和綠豆蓉。入口是甜甜的椰香,紅豆又超大粒,全都是滿滿的童年回憶。 continue reading
