今晚嘅味覺之旅由一道「龍蝦伊麵」開始——橙紅色嘅龍蝦開邊,霸氣咁鋪喺油亮嘅伊麵上面,蝦膏濃郁到好似金沙咁,掛住每一條麵。龍蝦肉爽口鮮甜,伊麵吸晒龍蝦汁精華,醬汁用蔥薑蒜爆香,仲帶啲白蘭地酒香,豪華得嚟又唔會膩。 跟住輪到「脆燒雞」出場!雞皮脆到好似玻璃咁,咬落去「咔嚓」聲清脆到不得了,薄脆得嚟又帶啲焦糖香,皮下嘅脂肪已經烤到化開,淨返陣陣油香。雞肉出乎意料咁嫩滑多汁,醃料入面有南乳同五香粉嘅層次,點埋附送嘅檸檬椒鹽,酸辣更加帶出雞肉嘅鮮甜。 兩道菜一濃一淡,好似交響樂嘅高潮部分。龍蝦伊麵係濃墨重彩嘅油畫,脆燒雞就係精雕細琢嘅工筆——今晚,舌尖先後經歷咗海洋嘅澎湃同陸地嘅豐腴,滿足到不得了! continue reading

喺4月1號愚人節嗰日,本來一家人開開心心去食飯,一坐低叫咗六個餸,有燒鵝、魚、蝦、啫啫芥蘭、扇貝同埋薯仔炒牛柳粒。餐廳用餐嘅地方非常之窄,坐四個人都係啱啱好,張枱仲要特別細,啲餸要逐樣逐樣送上嚟,食完一個餸先嚟第二個餸。 一開始上嗰碟燒鵝係由兩隻組合而成,半隻係啱啱新鮮整嘅,另外一半係預先整定同埋已經凍晒,咁都算啦。然後嚟咗條魚同蝦都正正常常冇話特別好食。跟住等咗好耐,另外嗰三個餸都未到,於是我就問咗侍應,跟住佢同我哋講等多陣,再過多10分鐘個侍應行過嚟同我哋講漏咗單,然後再同我哋講啲芥蘭冇晒叫我哋轉。喺呢個時候我就心諗明明我哋叫先,係你哋漏單嘅問題導致冇晒,仲要逼我轉另一個菜。咁都算啦,後來上嗰個薯仔炒牛柳粒先係最大問題。喺佢上菜前我見到人哋叫嗰碟又大碟,啲薯仔同牛柳粒比例一樣都係50:50。到我哋枱上呢碟薯仔炒牛柳粒嘅時候,啲牛柳粒10隻手指數得晒,啲薯仔多過牛柳粒,但係啲薯仔都唔多得去邊。跟住啲扇貝同個啫生菜又唔係特別好食。啲員工態度仲要非常一般,成間餐廳漏咗單同埋俾啲咁低質素以及同人與眾不同嘅份量(特別細份量嘅牛柳粒),到買單俾錢嗰陣時都係一句道歉都冇,仲要冇俾返discount同埋特別貴!咁大個仔未試過食飯咁委屈同埋食到咁唔開心!可見呢間餐廳係幾咁劣質!以後唔會再有下次‼️ Black List 🚫避雷🌩️ continue reading

係深水埗做完野,上網搵有咩好食,睇到增輝廚藝,話係米芝連推介,來試試我地分別叫了以下食物焗魚腸食落有陳皮味同魚腸嘅香味,一啲都唔 腥,好食😋,唯一唔好,係個油炸鬼有啲硬鎮江金沙骨 肉好淋,肥瘦適中,好入味,唔油膩,幾好食👍皮炸大腸 薄而皮脆,有菠蘿墊底,唔酸,可以解膩胡椒豬肚湯有點辣,都足料👌黃金鮮魷食落鬆脆可口,鮮魷美味,好香鹹蛋黃味, 好食😋豆腐火腩煲豆腐同腩肉都好入味,用來送飯一流,幾好味👌整體來講,食物唔差,比較偏濃味,但服務同環境都一般,大排檔環境,人多超嘈,而且我覺得價錢偏貴🙈 continue reading
