深水埗火熱🔥小炒王,結友初嚐大門,擺設大魚缸,大肉蟹一字排開,為之搶👀,一隻可重達三至四斤可惜友人不好蟹,有機再嚐。店內有點陳年飯店feel,勝在不太擠擁,開懷暢談也不太擾人小菜幾味,美極煎魚嘴、砵仔焗魚腸、胡椒豬肚浸花甲和雜菜煲。魚嘴上枱變了魚頭,鑊氣十足,入口香脆,佐酒良品,超正!砵仔焗魚腸,魚腸新鮮無腥味,香脆面層,口感十足,可惜焗過火了,蛋層有點乾,整體仍不錯👍推胡椒豬肚浸花甲,豬肚爽滑,花甲新鮮無沙,但胡椒味不足,整體可以。

成班麻甩佬,要飲啤酒要食小菜我個人推介增輝,小菜味夠,夠鑊氣。次次黎都好爆場,今次亦都唔例外,不過咁樣都證明味道無走樣,有保證。胡椒豬肚大蜆湯,每次黎都必點,湯夠白,胡椒味唔會搶左豬肚湯既味,仲有埋大蜆,湯就更加鮮甜,份量亦都夠足,十分!泰式野都有得食,酸辣鳳爪,終於都係無泰國鋪咁好食,但算做得唔錯,生蝦,肉夠透明,證明新鮮,甜。芥末芝麻蝦球,酸酸甜甜,但芥末味唔夠濃,蝦好爽,夠大隻。黑柏葉唔係咁多地方有得食了,呢度做得唔錯,第一次食黑色,心有點怕怕的。

今日同同事Happy Friday gathering,去左大排檔叫左幾個小菜,開左幾枝啤酒,感覺都幾麻甩少女組。整體上抵食,同埋又唔趕人走,岩哂我地傾下計啤下。好驚會有腥味,但食落就完全唔覺,配埋d蛋同油炸鬼食會更佳。九肚魚炸到連骨都可以食埋,好香口,唔錯,配啤酒一流。睇到‘孜’字都唔多識讀,但呢個豬串骨好值得推介,燒得好淋,完全唔乾身。油條釀上墨魚膠,係小店必食,油炸鬼又脆又彈牙。胡椒豬肚夠辣,但花甲偏細。

📍胡椒蟹 - 胡椒味夠香濃完全帶出蟹肉嘅鮮味,斤幾重嘅肉蟹夠晒肥味,淡淡蟹肉好入味,值得推介
