邀請朋友嚟呢間有些名氣大排檔食飯,因為比較偏係一些內街,所以落左車都要行小段路先黎到店鋪,呢道環境比一般大排檔乾淨,似舊式酒樓環境都比較嘈吵,不過最緊要係食物味道首先黎一個黃金炸魚皮,鹹蛋香味濃郁,炸魚皮脆卜卜入口香脆食唔停口鬼馬油炸鬼,油炸鬼釀入厚厚墨魚膠,外脆內彈配上酸甜汁惹味可口胡椒豬肚花甲湯,湯比較清淡胡椒味不濃,豬肚同花甲都相當料芥末芝麻蝦球,雖然係雪藏蝦但係炸得香脆配上酸甜芥末醬汁,味道獨特坊間小有避風塘墨魚咀,墨魚咀爽脆,配上鹹香避風塘調味,送酒一流豉油皇鵝腸,係用新鮮鵝腸加上靚豉油,豉油豆味香濃配上新鮮爽脆鵝腸,味道口感都無得輸呀砵酒焗蠔一黎到香噴噴,蠔大大隻調味濃郁燒鵝,雖然比起某些燒鵝名店差一點點,但係都屬於中上水準,香料味充足外皮燒得香脆刀工精湛,唯一缺點係唔夠熱同埋鵝肉偏硬風沙炸豬手,外皮炸到脆卜卜肉質唔會太乾嚡,但係調味過重肉部份太過咸瑤柱扒豆苗,豆苗抄得乾身唔會過老,配上滿滿瑤柱蠔油汁,簡直係絕配甜品金玉滿堂,好似湯圓炸到外層香脆,內有甜甜的芋泥,作為呢一餐圓滿結束

6)胡椒豬肚蜆湯
本身睇圖以為蜆先係主角,點知黎到個湯先係主角。蜆既份量唔算少,湯頭都好濃既胡椒味,食完成個人都好溫暖,冬天食一流!

總括黎講,其實都係失望既,其他大排檔食完會有滿足感,但呢間竟然冇!大家試下會唔會有得既感受啦~

今次係一次好特別嘅經歷, 我平時根本唔會去大排檔,但有一日喺電視見到電視機介紹呢間大排檔,令到我好想即刻飛撲去,係節目入面介紹咗胡椒炒蟹,大排檔,令到我好想即刻飛撲去,喺節目入面介紹咗胡椒炒蟹,隔住個電視我簡直見到新加坡嘅風味,即時call朋友聽日一齊去食,介紹俾朋友時,大家都好有picture,去到一攞起餐牌,即刻可以order,胡椒炒蟹,煎蠔餅同豆豉鯪魚油麥菜,樣樣食物都好平均,最值得讚隻蟹好新鮮,落鑊炒之前店員俾我睇下,仲識郁架。

今次係一次好特別嘅經歷, 我平時根本唔會去大排檔,但有一日喺電視見到電視機介紹呢間大排檔,令到我好想即刻飛撲去,係節目入面介紹咗胡椒炒蟹,大排檔,令到我好想即刻飛撲去,喺節目入面介紹咗胡椒炒蟹,隔住個電視我簡直見到新加坡嘅風味,即時call朋友聽日一齊去食,介紹俾朋友時,大家都好有picture,去到一攞起餐牌,即刻可以order,胡椒炒蟹,煎蠔餅同豆豉鯪魚油麥菜,樣樣食物都好平均,最值得讚隻蟹好新鮮,落鑊炒之前店員俾我睇下,仲識郁架。

每逢食小菜,鵝腸係我必點的菜式,雖則膽固醇含量高,但還是豁出去😆這碟豉油皇鵝腸好正,係新鮮鵝腸,內裡有點肥膏,入口很香,煮得恰到好處,不會過火,彈牙爽口,墊底的芽菜亦是我至愛,配上不鹹的豉油很好味😋

3,蝦多士唔係間間餐廳有提供,所以一見必叫,餡料足夠,多士香脆,唔錯.
4,脆皮西施豆腐係另一個推介,內裡超滑,外皮香脆,熱到辣咀.
5, menu 有齊中英日文,方便外地朋友.
缺點 :
1,餃子釀雞翼餡料足夠,可惜炸得過火,咬落去比較實,無哂肉汁.
2,豉椒花甲,牛柏葉,魚皮份量都偏少.
3,價錢略貴.
4,上二樓條樓梯好滑,小心!

朋友話呢間大排檔好出名,本身想食愛文生但無開,就轉戰呢間啦!九點嚟到仲係好多人排隊,我地兩個人,大概等咗半個鐘,入去坐底,俾咗張幾寬闊既檯我地。嗌咗三個送,又等咗半個鐘⋯⋯廚房好忙,但侍應都有幫我地催,態度亦唔錯。終於有得食!椒鹽鮮魷好香口,而d脆脆用嚟送飯就最啱,胡椒味好重,好惹味。至於芥末蝦球,個wasabi落得無留力呀,成陣芥末味直衝上腦,好刺激,哈哈。朋友仲食到標眼淚添!整體嚟講,嘢食的確唔錯既,但等得比較耐,上菜亦都要等好耐。但我相信唔係次次都係咁既,下次有機會會再試其他特色小菜~
