今晚下班後與朋友來個臨時約會,想了很久也不知道吃什麼,後來朋友介紹說深水埗有一間食店口碑幾好,上次食完覺得不錯,他一直也想再去食,這次索性提議帶我來試試!其實我以前也聽說過這間食店不少好評,今晚就即管試試究竟有多好!看完餐牌後其實有很多東西都想吃,但礙於只有兩人的關係,所以最後只叫了一碟京都肉排和豉油王炒麵,還有兩罐汽水!😂京都肉排味道不錯,肉質酸甜,加上我比較不喜歡吃肥肉,剛好這碟一點肥肉也沒有,配上豉油王炒麵感覺好正。整體來說,員工態度很好,環境乾淨,價錢適中,食物值得我一來再來,朋友說上次食過豬手和那個好像叫做什麼蝦腐皮卷,很好吃!唯有等我下次有時間再來試試!

個天涼一涼就好想食大排檔😙感覺冇咁熱氣(自欺欺人)。同區愛文生都去過幾次,呢間見大家comments都唔錯就試吓啦。見有得電話留座所以都預約咗先,去到之後好快有得入不過坐樓上囉...唔知係咪咁存在感極低都冇乜人留意到....好唔容易先向伙計落咗order,然後就好快嚟咗個啫啫通菜煲,一如平時大排檔般菜好香好重味😋 但之後不如意嘅事就開始...南乳蒜香豬仔骨同蠔餅遲遲都未嚟....計吓時間都成粒鐘😫 遲過我哋入嚟嘅大枱都上咗四五樣餸😭真係食晒成個菜煲、嗌咗白飯都凍晒!中間有催一催,伙計話多人喎、海鮮要時間整喎仲話叫「叫多個菜啦、菜就好快有得上」....轉過頭check完話蠔餅賣晒!(反白眼反到後腦真係)於是就改單食蝦餅再加單雞軟骨,呢兩碟又出奇地可以喺15分鐘內上到枱....炸得真係唔錯,個粉厚度剛剛好,而且好香口!但蝦餅嫌佢薄到好似紙咁....性價比好差😪 雞軟骨大大粒冇得輸👍🏻 最後我哋決定唔等豬仔骨去埋單!點知埋單嗰陣佢先同我哋講賣晒豬仔骨....漏單漏到咁...真係無言。總括而言,佢嘢食係唔錯嘅,但就唔好餓住去喇~而且唔建議樓上坐,因為少侍應,侍應態度都一般般都好似唔係好想理你咁

港式大排檔最吸引的地方,就係小菜全部在半露天鐵皮大排檔內的明火大爐頭完成,即炒即上碟即上菜,中間唔需要經過唔同崗位酒樓員工傳菜的中斷過程;小菜送到客人面前時,甚至乎仍然熱辣辣至接近燙口。不過,另一方面,如果夏熱天時坐在街邊的摺檯摺櫈,那一種汗流浹背的苦況又的確非常難以忍受。可能正這個原因,在時代進步了的香港,再加上講求食物安全衛生,舊式大排檔已逐漸被淘汰;到了今天,仍然設有露天明火爐頭的港式小炒大排檔屈指可數,其中有兩三檔就在深水埗,今日就同一班舊同學去了「增煇」。唔係住深水埗區,唔清楚到底「增煇」植根深水埗幾多年;只不過眼見除了仍然擺在行人路上的幾張摺枱(以保持大排檔的身份認證),「增煇」一早已經入舖,還要霸佔了同一條街兩邊行人路的正對面舖位,其中一間還要佔據了兩層 ⋯⋯ 由大排檔發展成這個規模, 一點也不簡單。以這樣的規模,當然不可能單靠眼見的一個明火爐頭可以處理,鋪內肯定有正規廚房;保留這個街邊明火爐頭一方面是噱頭、另一方面當然是用盡大排檔牌照的權限。作為名牌大排檔,不再局限於明火鑊氣小炒,各款海鮮也不可缺少:大肉蟹、游水大花竹蝦、甚至阿拉斯加皇帝蟹都有。本來好想坐街邊,但在悶熱

本來好想坐街邊,但在悶熱的九月天,還是坐在涼浸浸的室內好一點。秉承大排檔,或其他已經徹底入鋪的大排檔式小菜館(沒有了街邊明火爐頭)作風,小菜款式花多眼亂,唯一見不到的選擇就是菜館門口的游水海鮮(時價)。

醬皇撈鮑魚仔($148)一睇賣相,已經肯定系大連鮑魚仔,雖然只系細細只,但平均價只是 $15 / 只,以食肆來說,已經相當抵食。初初以為系熱盤,原來系涼菜頭盤。大連鮑魚肉質較硬,肯定不似炆煮大鮑魚的軟綿、結實、彈牙三者兼備口感,但蒸煮時間總算控制得宜,唔韌、亦彈牙。大連鮑魚另一弱點就是鮑味很薄,估唔到與用了瑤柱絲、辣椒粒、蒜蓉及香蔥調制而成的醬皇(凍)相當配合,辣辣地很惹味。

鬼馬脆油條($88)即系墨魚膠釀油炸鬼,味道同預期有所落差。翻炸的油炸鬼表面唔夠香脆,甚至有啲又硬又韌,亦唔夠熱辣辣,有啲似炸起好耐、攤凍了嘅油炸鬼 ⋯⋯ 其實,油炸鬼翻炸通常都唔會好食,肯定做唔到新鮮炸好的又香又脆。墨魚膠餡料份量相當多,只不過除了爽口彈牙之外,墨魚鮮味唔夠,如果配搭蝦膠應該會好食啲。

通常食開的大排檔砵酒桶蠔煲($168)都會用一張錫紙包住,上菜後在表面灑上小許砵酒,然後點火;雖然火光瞬間即逝,但效果又的確相當吸引。這裏的砵酒桶蠔煲並沒有這個花巧,但一煲有六至七隻,而且採用美國桶蠔,夠肥美。賣相對辦、一啖咬下去亦夠熱辣辣,蠔肉肥美、爽口;只可惜唔夠酒香,兼且偏甜,浪費了食材。

街坊大排檔小菜館始終夠抵食,今時今日即使在街市買白鱔也不會便宜,這碟椒鹽白鱔球($138)分量卻毫不吝嗇,只可惜賣相一般。金蒜蓉明顯係炸好白鱔之後灑在表面,沒有經過兜亂,未能與白鱔球混在一齊,所以只有炸漿的香脆,椒鹽的惹味未夠突出。白鱔球夠新鮮,肉質夠爽口,味道亦夠鮮,白鱔的魚脂味濃而不腥。同砵酒桶蠔煲情況相同,未能徹底發揮食材。

食游水海鮮從來都不會便宜,即使是大排檔格局的小菜館;蒜蓉蒸海中蝦($25/兩)已經較正規海鮮酒家便宜了,而且眼見一斤份量夠足秤。秉承大排檔風格,着重濃郁味道,所以表面鋪滿金銀蒜及葱花;喜歡重口味肯定十分欣賞,如果嫌蒜蓉太多就要自己撥走了。部份中蝦還有一條橙紅色的蝦膏,令到本身已經鮮甜爽口的蝦肉增添了一點點甘香。本來加了粉絲墊底是十分聰明的做法,可以吸收蝦汁及蒜蓉的香味;但實在唔明白,粉絲只是很便宜的食材,為什麼份量只有薄薄一層、少得可憐?
