因為得兩個人食飯,叫唔到太多餸。啫啫雞煲,雞煮得幾滑,豬潤唔un,但食到最底好鹹。豆豉鯪魚炒時菜,佢提供幾款菜俾我地揀,好似有白菜,油麥菜同唔記得咩菜。我地揀咗最常見嘅豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜。如果呢味餸响大排檔食,佢唔算好多油(因為通常大排檔通常搏命落好多油)椒鹽鮮魷,我仲以為會係一條條,但一片片都ok,雖然唔算好脆,但都好惹味, 粉漿算幾薄。伙記都好有禮貌。overall, OK.

已經幫襯左好多次,每次大時大節一定系呢到食,個個家人都話好味。個乳豬系即叫即燒,超級脆口,五分中時間我們已經搶食清。乳甲非常香口,味道一流,送酒更是完美呢個吾記得左咩名,有乳甲,飽魚,等等,超入味,用d汁送飯超開胃Wa,呢個龍蝦伊面,啖啖肉,鮮甜。要預訂。。最後呢味,用一半蒸,另一半炒,二種口味。。魚蒸得剛剛好,趁熱食就最好,不然會很浪費。。凍了會變腥喔!很滿足一定繼續支持

臨近中秋同家人做節,大件夾抵食嘅大排檔應該是不錯嘅選擇。深水埗出名多嘢食,增輝附近都已經有「小菜王」同「榕記小菜王」,其實都已經算係不俗,點知今次食增輝真係大失所望。第一道菜是焗魚腸,呢個餸係呢一餐入面算不錯嘅一道,魚腸同魚肝十分足料,而表面亦十分香脆。但之後的:薑蔥撈魚皮、花枝炸皮蛋、燒鰻魚、客家釀豆腐、鮑汁炆豬手同串燒都只係介乎一般或水準以下。特別是最後兩道可以說是差!首先講講「鮑汁炆豬手」,唔知係太好賣補炆唔切定食味本應如此,豬手呈現爽脆色白無味狀態,明顯未有炆夠時間。本以為鮑汁炆豬手應該濃厚軟淋,而所謂鮑汁更加係零入味,唔講以為係白雲豬手,價值$98真係多晒!另外漏單嘅串燒係一絕!除咗雞肉之外,豬肉同牛肉真係咸到難以入口,沙嗲汁亦無花生香味⋯⋯我覺得係如果食增輝可能要揀煎炸嘅食物再配啤酒,因為咸到送酒就差不多⋯⋯而小菜真係可免了。總計我覺得佢算係水準之下(至少我點嘅菜色),如果要改進真係應該減咸!

訂左8:30pm,打電話訂時留左隻頭抽雞,入座時問我地隻雞要等45分鐘要唔要起定,我地話好。食左成個半鐘,隻雞仲未黎,一催之下同我地講「雞無哂囉喎」吓?! 我地訂左架喎「雞要訂架喎,無得即刻落架喎」吓?! 我地一早打電話訂左囉喎,入座果陣仲話同我地起架喎。「你地無訂過喎」(check完電腦) 「真係無喎」......「一係你地叫其他野?」......唔係叫其他野補返既問題......訂左都可以無,覆左單都可以無,咁訂黎做咩?openrice話我無講野食質素,麻煩請睇清楚:我地仲叫左個胡椒豬肚浸花甲,未飲已經嗅到好大陣胡椒粉味,飲落口喊到直頭覺得飲完會腎有事同生糖尿......仲有個鬼馬油條,個汁係幾好味既,不過$80兩條油條,會唔會叫就見仁見智,我就睇黎唔會有下次啦。食晚飯黎講呢次體驗都算差,雖然間野感覺係幾乾淨,但野又唔係特別好食,亦唔係特別平,最致命係訂埋起緊既菜都可以話無訂過,真係以後都唔會再有下一次!

食晚飯黎講呢次體驗都算差,雖然間野感覺係幾乾淨,但野又唔係特別好食,亦唔係特別平,最致命係訂埋起緊既菜都可以話無訂過,真係以後都唔會再有下一次!
