5月21日我因之前食過好食,所以今次和朋友一起再次用餐。開始時叫了1·脆皮炸大腸2·梅菜蒸菜心苗3·南乳蒜香BB骨一開始來炸大腸,不熱但還有微脆。因炸大腸要炸完後,要稍微吹凍才會脆這次我算。梅菜蒸菜心苗好食的。等了很久個南乳蒜香BB骨還未到就追加了些菜式。4·胡椒豬肚湯5·鼓油皇炒麵6·豆腐火腩煲個火腩煲和胡椒豬肚湯是OK正常。到鼓油皇炒麵有點硬,連牙菜都無多條收$78。等了很久個南乳蒜香BB骨终於到,原來是由賣完燒乳豬後,把下欄起出來的豬殼來做這小菜!居然原只豬脾骨這樣放上碟。肉質非常乾柴烈火,簡直用垃圾做出來!怪吾知得要等咁 耐,要人家吃完乳豬才做到這餸,還非常、非常咸!我問店員他話這寫明是用豬BB骨做喎!非常失望的一餐!居然所謂的米之蓮是這樣把食物給顧客這餐三個人食了$593

個火腩煲和胡椒豬肚湯是OK正常。到鼓油皇炒麵有點硬,連牙菜都無多條收$78。
等了很久個南乳蒜香BB骨终於到
,原來是由賣完燒乳豬後,把下欄起出來的豬殼來做這小菜!居然原只豬脾骨這樣放上碟

肉質非常乾柴烈火,簡直用垃圾做出來!
怪吾知得要等咁 耐,要人家吃完乳豬才做到這餸
,還非常、非常咸!我問店員他話這寫明是用豬BB骨做喎!

非常失望的一餐!居然所謂的米之蓮是這樣把食物給顧客

朋友臨急臨忙叫我出嚟試下呢間深水埗區,得到米芝蓮嘅食店,見到菜牌內有,蔡瀾推介。去到餐廳門口即場揀蟹,揀咗隻斤半重嘅,新鮮生猛蟹準備薑蔥炒。跟住坐低等食,環境係酒樓格局,晚上十時祇有兩台有客第一味蒜蓉白菜仔,白菜仔靚食落無根主角就係薑蔥炒蟹。好大隻。但估唔到炒出嚟肉質非常鮮嫩。應該僅僅熟,呢點好考師傅的功夫,味道係薑蔥味,最欣賞係蟹肉肉質鮮嫩。食蟹時,職員細心遞上濕紙巾,和奉上一兜茶用作洗手之用,加分。豆腐魚腩煲。魚腩拉過油再炒,豆腐外皮吸曬醬汁嘅味道。經典送飯菜。另外蝦仁炒蛋的蝦仁爽滑肉眼望落晶瑩剔透。咬落超級無敵爽口呢個反而係最推薦的。

好大隻。但估唔到炒出嚟肉質非常鮮嫩。應該僅僅熟,呢點好考師傅的功夫,味道係薑蔥味,最欣賞係蟹肉肉質鮮嫩。

話說男朋友要去深水埗整車,而我又響附近收工,所以就約左響深水埗食飯。由於都比較夜,加上車友介紹,所以就決定響依間度食。我地3個人叫左個椒鹽鮮魷,豬肚蜆湯,同埋梅菜扣肉。 3個菜都超級出色,難怪得獎又有咁多遊客來食。首先講個豬肚湯,超級足料仲要大份,$160左右夠我地3個人每人飲4碗。而個鮮魷就外脆內爽,能夠味,都係相當出色。不過扣肉就要等得比較耐,黎既時候都已經比較飽。最後要提既就係,雖然d野食好重味,但係之後都唔會覺得渴,所以應該冇乜味精!

朋友話要嚟試試。我又唔明點解佢要排隊同做到兩個鋪位?炸得脆,蝦膠彈牙,配傳統酸甜汁,但係完全唔熱嘅哩個第一樣比較好,金銀蛋味滿溢你見到應該都係得嗰幾粒肉仔,味道不過不失,尚算脆身,又係唔熱嘅乳豬脆呀,但個陣豬肉羶味真係勁咗啲,都係唔熱,個廚房三條街行過嚟?鹹魚雞粒炒飯,另一樣比較好,第一個原因緊係因為熱啦,第二係因為飯炒得乾身,調味適中美味熱,但又變咗唔脆?媽呀,我好亂。主角即浸雞,豉油係唔錯嘅,加撈兩碗白飯。雞口感係鬆軟的肉感,但雞肉唔入味,要不停點啲汁。哩個價嘅豉油雞真係值?

This one is a very traditional Dai Pai Dong that you can still see their kitchen is in between the streets. You can see how they cook and fry every dish. Under such cold weather, I went out with a gang of friends for Lamb Bowl. One of us introduced this one to us. The lamb bowl cost around 400 HKD but the portion is well enough to feed 4-5 people. The lamb bowl is with a basket of vegetables. We have 4 men to share the big bowl and cannot finish the dish. We ended up takeaway some of the portion

其實食物質素係唔錯,但服務態度唔好,爸爸都話唔會再幫襯


當日我哋坐2樓,喺正個冷氣機下面,有四個出風位,咁有老有幼,大家都怕坐正風口位會吹病,就麻煩侍應哥哥幫手較風口位,但侍應哥哥態度麻麻。其實如果真係冇問題,我哋都唔想阻住佢哋做嘢。
另外,麻煩佢地檢查單既時候,態度都係麻麻。我地都係諗住如果漏單的話要補叫,我地都明白星期六日比較多人,會忙d,但自問都係有禮貌地問,呢個態度真係令人卻步。

本來有家人想試甜品,但最後都係放棄,唔想再麻煩佢地落單

一家人提早預祝中秋節,再次舊地重遊去增輝食頭抽雞,質素依然保特到水準,雞肉嫩滑,頭抽汁味道啱啱好,小朋友用嚟撈飯食,一绝。另外第一次食佢個木盤龍躉荷葉飯,鱼油浸入炒飯底度,加上炸蒜蓉撈埋一齊食,簡直冇得輸!
