最近和朋友在MOKO新世紀廣場吃了一家超特別的火鍋店——四季椰林海南椰子雞,真的有被驚艷到! 他們家的湯底是用4個椰子水熬成的,完全不加一滴水,打開鍋蓋那一刻椰香撲鼻,喝一口湯真的超清甜,完全不膩~ 主角是海南文昌雞,雞肉嫩得剛剛好,吸滿椰子水的香氣,完全不用蘸醬就很好吃。還點了潮汕非遺丸類,牛丸彈牙多汁,咬下去還有肉汁爆出來! 配菜方面推薦: 🥬 娃娃菜吸滿湯汁,清甜又解膩 🫧 響鈴只要3秒就能吃,脆脆的超上癮 🍄 竹笙吸湯力一流,口感爽滑 吃完火鍋還點了他們家的金牌臘味煲仔飯,臘腸、臘肉、芋頭鋪滿整鍋,飯粒吸收了油香,還有鍋巴,超滿足~ 最後來一壺海南鷓鴣茶,甘香回甜,據說還有助消化,完美收尾! 整體環境也很舒服,卡位多,適合朋友聚餐或旅途中想吃點不一樣的火鍋~ continue reading
